new format for tuf coming up

Recommended Posts

Either this next season of tuf or the following season, the ufc plans to do camp vs camp. For example Jackson's vs att. I'm not talking about fight pass only tuf, I'm talking fox sports 1 broadcast.

Will all the fighters be from those select camps of just the trainers

They wanna use fighters from the selected camps. They may use multiple weight classes

So, sort of like Bellator's Fight Master except the fighters will already be a part of their coach's camp. That could be interesting. Greg Jackson wins via unanimous borefest, 50-45.

While likely true, this format actually interests me enough to want to watch TUF again, something I haven't done since TUF 10.

I see something similar if the old style stays in play.

How many dana pets do we have to see lose anyway?

Is metamorphis the wrestling or bjj club where people compete? The ufc should do tri monthly open tournaments regionally in order to find talent. You go by this gym or that style you get the same ol same ol we need innovation.

This seems a lot better than randomly picking a handful of fighters who seem impressive at tryouts.

I bet the old criteria had a lot more to do with image, persona and who might be a train wreck on the show rather than who actually looks like they have some legit fight talent and solid fight record credentials.

Camps that have strong consideration right now are blackzillions and att.

do you know the weight classes? or is just a bunch of different weight classes? because if they are not going to know until the weight ins and they know already which is the cast then it does not make any sense.
