I provided the quote of you endorsing a violent overthrow of the government for a ‘“reset”.

The only thing I said that was incorrect was that you wanted to kill your neighbors. You won’t do **** because you’re a chicken **** coward, you just want other people to do it for you.

lol donald trump might be in the running for the most impeached president ever award.

i dont know if itll actually play out this time,  but diaper don basically fuct over moscow mitch's majority in georgia, and he's probably gonna be too old to run again in 4 years anyways, so after 2022 he  will likely never have another shot at being majority leader, the power he loves so dearly.

so at this point what the fook does he have to lose by just trying to whip his people into removing Trump, the man that has directly fuct over his power for the rest of his life?   perhaps rallying his troops to remove him after he gets impeached again might actually gain him some political favors? perhaps not  but at the very least it would be a good way for minority mitch to get back at him.

it wouldnt look good for the republicans who didnt vote for removal the first time around,  which was basically all of them because mitch had them all on a leash.  but at last  nights hearing, only 6-7 senators were on board with the objections, so i'd say they'd probably have a fair shot of getting the senate on board with the impeachment proceedings as well.  alot of these people will be up for reelection in 2 years anyways and wont want donald trumps name still dragging them through the mud long after he's gone.

whatever it takes from having this idiot being allowed to run for a public office again, i'm cool with.    i still dont think they'll be able to remove him, but it would definately be a rubber stamp to his legacy. greatest 1st term ever!

They can't invoke the 25th, it's not designed as a punishment for actions....and the impeachment will go nowhere but the House, just a waste of time and money.

Yes they can, if all of them agree he’s incompetent they can do it and then congress has a certain period of time where they are supposed to review it and make a judgement. His term would expire before that period ends anyway.

theyre trying to impeach for abuse of power  if the cabinet wont invoke the 25th and have him removed. at the very least right now anyways.

most of it is involving his call to brad raffensberger, threatening to sue him if he didnt "find him" 11 thousand or so votes. but also for some of the chit that donald trump incited yesterday.   i just posted that impeachment article in the last page.

they have a very fair shot at impeachment, so long as all but those 6 or 7 trump bootlickers in the senate are on board with it.   but theyre trying for removal via the 25th first just to speed things up and get him out of there asap before any more damage can be done.  moscow mitch could very well just rally up his troops against him this time and have him impeached.      its not going to look real good in two years when theyre up for reelection if they stand with trump. the republican party will be looking to move on from trump by then, and the people who vote against his impeachment removal would forever be remembered as a trump loyalist.

it might not be something they would want to be labelled as, depending on how politics play out in the next few years.  this will only help make them look like the "good guys",  plus they wont have to worry about donald trump or being loyal to him anymore if they impeach.  i can totally see them giving don the boot this time and making sure that hes never ever able to run for office again.      but time is running out.

The 25th is designed for when a President is going into surgery, or is very ill and can't perform his duties. Proving that he is mentally unstable in a court of law will be difficult at best, the cabinet would have to certify he's batchiit crazy out of his mind....that won't happen with 13 days to go.

Don't forget we made up bullchit to raid Iraq the first time. We didn't belong in Afghanistan for two decades. We have quite a history of forging our way into wars based on false pretenses. The second Iraq War wouldn't exactly be our first foray into the world of killing brown people for reasons we made up.

diaper don only had 6-7 senators loyal to him after yesterdays proceedings

theyve got far more than enough votes to remove if they continue to stand against trump.   they wont have to worry about that guy again.   and it will only make them look like the good guys when theyre up for reelection.      sure some trumpers wont be too thrilled about it, but in 2 years, the legend of donald trump will simply just be a footnote to america and the republican party.    they aint ever gonna vote democrat for as long as they live either.

the  republican partyu will be moving past him and leaving him in the dust if they know whats good for them.  they will never have a shot at taking the presidency for as long as they live, as long as they have a trump taking the reigns.   nobody in the right mind is going to vote for that idiot again after all the chit hes done.   the election would HAVE to be rigged just for him to win.   thats where we'ere at right now

so what the hell do these republicans have to lose by going against their lame duck leader? after all the chit thats transpired,   theres only 7 republican senators who are still suckling on diaper dons tittays, thinking its going to somehow benefit their careers one day.   everybody else can see the writing on the wall.     even without moscow mitch rallying them together, theres probably enough republican senators on board to remove him as it stands right now

there were only  6 or 7 senators were going to bat for trump yesterday,  thats very telling. he definately has a fair shot of getting impeached and removed this time.

They wouldn’t need to prove it in court because his term will end before he can contest it in court.

It was used in past history for surgical procedures and extreme illness.

See Section 3

"The amendment has the following four sections:

Section 1 states that if the president dies or resigns, the vice president shall become president.

Section 2 states that in the event of a vice-presidential vacancy, the president will nominate a vice president who will be confirmed by a majority Congressional vote.

Section 3 states that if the president tells the president pro tempore of the Senate and the speaker of the House in writing that he is unable to perform his presidential powers and duties, the duties shall fall to the vice president as acting president until the president notifies them in writing otherwise.

As acting president, the vice president is not sworn in as president; the president keeps his designation and the right to return.

25th Amendment Section 4

Section 4 stipulates that when the vice president and a majority of a body of Congress declare in writing to the president pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House that the president is unable to perform the duties of the office, the vice president immediately becomes acting president."

Let's stick to the facts, not assumptions.

"Portions of the 25th Amendment have been invoked several times.

In 1973, Spiro Agnew became the first vice president to resign due to scandal after being charged with political corruption. The 25th Amendment required then-President Richard Nixon to nominate a new vice president for Congressional approval. Nixon appointed Gerald Ford and Congress approved the nomination.

In August 1974, the 25th Amendment compelled Vice President Gerald Ford to become president after Nixon resigned. This left the vice presidency unoccupied, so Ford invoked the 25th amendment again and nominated Nelson Rockefeller to fill the vacancy.

On July 13, 1985, President Ronald Reagan used the 25th Amendment to transfer power to Vice President George H.W. Bush while he underwent surgery for colon cancer.

On June 29, 2002, President George W. Bush invoked Section 3 of the 25th Amendment prior to going under anesthesia for a colonoscopy and briefly made Vice President **** Cheney the acting president. He did the same again when he had another colonoscopy in 2007.

25th Amendment and Donald Trump

During Donald Trump's term, some initiated dialog about invoking Section 4 of the 25th Amendment against him. Still, the 25th Amendment exists to protect the democratically-elected President and the line of succession. It makes it difficult to unseat a President without proven just cause and majority consensus."

i doubt theyll invoke the 25th.   everybody knows the donald is crazy, but they voted him president anyways.

i dont think theyll remove him by impeachment either but theyve got a fair shot at it this time with all these republican senators standing up against him lately..    the clock has pretty much ran out anyways. but right now people are worried about him trying to carry on, trying to rally mobs together and encite this kind of treason and cowardism.   they want him gone asap, and never to be able to return. impeachment is the one way to guarantee that

if they remove him somehow before inauguration, thats just gonna piss off the maga muppets even further. im totally down for seeing nationwide riots, but i really dont care to see a bunch of people and police shooting at each other.

The facts are that the language in the text provide no stipulations. If the Vice President and majority of cabinet say the president is unable to perform their duties the Vice President takes over.

If it only was meant to be used when the president was incapacitated then they wouldn’t set a bar to clear before it happens.

If a president suddenly is struck with paranoid schizophrenia then they use the 25th amendment. Up to this point it has only been used for surgery, but that doesn’t mean that is it’s primary purpose.

Could you imagine the body count if 30 thousand naggers stormed the capital and started breaking inside?  It was take days just to get an accurate body count of how many got smoked by Glock 18's.  One white woman is all that got killed... ****ing amazing.  White priviledge is real.

If no one loots and you get called on it you will pretend you don’t watch the news just like you do any time you’re asked about something Trump does that  you should be condemning.

i dont think any outlets were covering footage of the building itself until people started getting past the barriers and breaking their way in

i had cnn and msnbc running, and i was putting up tweets here of people at the front of the building getting pepper sprayed and stuff.     they didnt even show any of this stuff happening on the stations until like half an hour later when they had to immediately recess the session and find cover.   only afterwards did they show what was going on outside of the building

this does line up with what some of the stations were saying last night, that he was literally just sitting there in the white house watching tv while cheering it on.  its hard to make out whats on those screens though youre right. but this is probably legit.

nope.   i was loving every minute of it. idyb loves a good riot

you act like its only black people and antifa that cause a ruckus.   and not a bunch of chuds getting butthurt because their cult hero just lost the election.      no these people are well behaved. totally down to earth and in touch with reality, rather than what their cult leader tells them. these people would never pull a stunt like that in real life. only on parler, and even on twitter when for the last two months theyve all been encouraging each other to rise up against the steal and take their country back.  they would never listen to their beloved leader at their rally tell them to go on over to the capital building and take back america. no. not at all!

even the person, an avid trump supporter for quite a while ago who got shot dead who even tweeted about her intentions the night before.  but nope.  these trumpers had nothing to do with what happened yesterday.  that wouldnt align with my political viewpoints, therefore its fake news.

nope.   i was loving every minute of it. idyb loves a good riot

you act like its only black people and antifa that cause a ruckus.   and not a bunch of chuds getting butthurt because their cult hero just lost the election.      no these people are well behaved. totally down to earth and in touch with reality, rather than what their cult leader tells them. these people would never pull a stunt like that in real life. only on parler, and even on twitter when for the last two months theyve all been encouraging each other to rise up against the steal and take their country back.

Hey idiot I said many times yesterday the stuff at the Capitol was retarded. Learn to read then drink yourself into a coma

i dont think any outlets were covering footage of the building itself until people started getting past the barriers and breaking their way in

i had cnn and msnbc running, and i was putting up tweets here of people at the front of the building getting pepper sprayed and stuff.     they didnt even show any of this stuff happening on the stations until like half an hour later when they had to immediately recess the session and find cover.   only afterwards did they show what was going on outside of the building

this does line up with what some of the stations were saying last night, that he was literally just sitting there in the white house watching tv while cheering it on.  its hard to make out whats on those screens though youre right. but this is probably legit.

It looks like the stage for the rally and I’m sure that moron stands around admiring the crowds he draws and telling his minions how popular he is.

I don’t doubt they stood around cheering and I also don’t doubt JR would be dumb enough to document the evidence and then tweet it, but I don’t think this is it.
