One of Ultimate Fighting Championship’s biggest stars in Nick Diaz is expected to be making his long awaited return to the octagon soon as his suspension ended earlier this month, but it appears as if somebody couldn’t wait until his return to see him in a fight.

TMZ Sports is reporting that Diaz was jumped while in a restroom at Hyde Night Club and a massive brawl broke out as a result of it. A representative for the club informed TMZ that the fighter went to a restroom outside of the club around 2:30 AM and accidentally stumbled in on another customer who started trash-talking Nick. Nick allegedly apologized and said he didn’t want any issues, but three other men then helped the first guy jump Diaz.

Diaz got hit hard in the head and the fight spilled out of the restroom and onto the Bellagio’s Casino floor. The representative of of Hyde told TMZ that the attackers were swinging chairs and brawling with other casino staff. The aggressors were removed by security and Diaz mentioned, “They got the worst of it.”

You haven't won a fight in 5 years either?

That would be correct. I haven't fought since i was a younger man unless you count sparring.

Me and Nick are the same in that we keep it real and have little respect for dorks misuse of power in authority positions. We are both anti-bullies and anti-BS.

I hoped you were going to say that you often make hos put other hos in the torture rack.  :(

I am disappoint.

I like how the original post makes Nick out to be an angel.

"Well occifer, he was just trying to go to the bathroom, at 2:30 in the morning, he'd been up all night at the club proselytizing the gospel.  He 'accidentally' bumped into a gentleman, and then apologized profusely.  When the gentleman became angered, Mr. Diaz told him that he didn't want any trouble, and invited him to Church the next day.  After this, Mr. Diaz was unfairly, and without his knowledge attacked viciously by 4 different people"

For those of you wondering if Nick instigated the fight, a club rep told ESPN's Brett Okamoto that this was not the case at all.

Spoke to a rep from the club who confirmed Nick wasn't the problem. Exact words, "Nick was very well behaved." 1f607.pnghttps://twitter.com/tmz/status/768546980318412800

Nick Apologize? As if.

You ever heard of any stories of Nick instigating fights with civilians? He only rumbles with professional fighters.

Both of them, Nick and Nate, have a reputation for being really chill and fan friendly.

Ive met the Diaz brothers a few times at events and both are two of the nicest dudes you could ever meet. Nick and Nate at UFC 118 in Boston didnt even want to sit on the floor, they literally went out the fighters entrance and climbed into the stands to sit with fans in some empty seats. I remember the UFC worker looking at both of them like wtf is going on

Really nice both of them
