At lightweight I assume? This is basically just a welcome warm up fight for George at 155 to set up an eventual super fight against the khabob/conor winner

ho lee fuark you're right

2019 might be the best year of all times for mma if this is true

WTGOAT, do you think GSP beats Whittaker ?

I do, yes. Not many guys at MW would I take to beat Whittaker right now but George is perfectly capable of beating him by decision most likely 49-46.

He's the best to ever do it for a reason.

More like he's ducking Whittaker for a reason.

gsp would wreck whittaker on the ground raw with no lube. but saint georges is a nice guy, and he realises that once he beats whittaker, australia would have nobody left to cheer for and no reason to watch the great sport of MMA.

georges is a company man, and he wasnt aboot to let a whole nation give up on watching MMA. he wasnt wanting to be the guy who ruined it for a whole damn continent, so he just politely stepped away to let whittaker have his moment of zen.

Good point lol I'm sure he's scared shaking of a guy that lost to court McGee and got flatlined by Stephen thompson and the legendary hoon kim.

GSP would probably lose to all of them. Hell, he got rolled over by Matt Serra, a fat featherweight.

He got caught once then dominated him in the rematch to the point where matt was turtled up getting uber kneed literally begging for a quick death.

Not sure why you're hating on George so much. He is clearly far and away the best fighter ever by a long shot. Maybe you lost money betting against him a few times?

So you think Whittaker would lose to the clowns you mentioned again?

lol didn't you just use Gsp vs Serra as an example of how GSP sucks when that fight happened nearly a decade ago, and now you're trying to say that Whittakers losses 5 years ago aren't relevant?

Dana said it was at 155, is being worked on for the LA card and will be co-main... why though? I literally could not care about this fight, can we not see GSP fight someone who actually deserves a fight? Stop feeding him guys who are either too old or have taken a 2 year break from fighting.
