Best restaurants, $10 or less. Obviously there's no point in putting down the super well known chains, but maybe the lesser-known chains.

I'll go first. Noodles and company. They are completely awesome

Trying to get ideas on where to take a date?

Trying to get ideas on where to take a date?

I'm not sure if you're trying to insult me or you're being completely serious. I'm going to assume the best.

I am totally not above taking a date to somewhere quick and affordable. There are way cooler, way more fun and way more impressive things to do on a date than eating at a restaurant.

Eating at a mid-tier restaurant is not impressive.

Olive Garden has a lunch special for $7.99. Their gnocchi soup is amazing.

I just looked this up and over here in St. Louis, they start at 6.99. It's probably because it's awful to live here, so everything is cheaper.

It looks super decent, though. Great submission.

Have a sushi bar where i work that does a $12 bento box that includes rice, teriyaki beef/chicken/pork, chicken karage, spring rolls, takoyaki, salad and miso soup.

Places like kfc and maccas do $10 meals but youd be better off going to any cafe or pub and youll get something decent for the price

$12 is not $10. I am extremely disappointed in you. Everything you've ever done before, all of the good things that you brought to this forum...they mean nothing now.

I am dying over this ironic coincidence, which will stay as my own secret.

I'm telling you what, you guys don't even get close to the best stories from me because there's no way you would believe them.

$10 usd is about $13 aud

Well if that's the case, then I owe Tigerchamp a heartfelt apology.

Tigerchamp, from the bottom of my heart I want to say that I'm sorry and that you are the greatest human being that God ever made, other than Jesus, who is sort of like a human/God hybrid, so he doesn't really count. That whole thing is confusing, I don't even want to start down that rabbit hole. The point is, you're definitely Australian so that already makes you pretty badass, but now you know about great deals in restaurants that are at least a cut above fast food and you're spreading the gospel, so that almost makes you like a human/God hybrid yourself, just not as good as Jesus. I'm sorry bro, but you're going to have to take a back seat to Jesus. And there's no shame in that. That mother****er is the Lord.

The funny thing is that TC actually looks a bit like Jesus.

I bet he's not even Jewish. I change my mind, I can't support this false prophet and his fast food claims. I mean, I love sushi and all. But I'm starting to think this place with it's all inclusive Bento box for $13 Australian (2-fiddy American) might not even exist. It's just too good of a deal.

Oh it's real, and it's pretty satisfying, but compared to the ones you get in the train stations in Japan for the same price, it's soul crushingly mediocre.

My name is hebrew btw

Goddamn it. I guess I'm going to hell then. Maybe purgatory? Chloe was Catholic, so I probably get to do a little purgatory and avoid hell. I don't know how that works. I don't really know how anything works. Sometimes it's super obvious why I am just a bartender.

You uncultured hobo

I lived in South Korea for over a year. I tended bar at Robata's of Japan for two years. I dated a Korean girl for a while. I dated a Chinese girl for about six months. I dated a…you guessed it…a Vietnamese girl. I dated that girl for a while.

I am fairly acquainted with Asian food in general and, of course, Vietnamese food. I like a lot of it, not all of it, but a lot of it. However, Vietnamese food sucks.

Experience you have. Taste, you have not.

For those chaps that are offering cheap, chitty fast food chains as their contributions, let me remind you that:

a. Fast food sucks

b. You are not being informative

I felt like clarifying this wasn't necessary, but apparently it was. No one gives a **** if you have trashy taste and like Wendy's or Taco Bell.

I might not like Vietnamese food, but at least belongs in here. This thread is for real food.

P.S. I am completely unsurprised that the "I creampied my fiancé" guy who starts threads that ask what kinds of cigarettes people like believes that McDonald's, KFC and Wendy's are great places to eat.

There's restaurants that aren't fast food you can eat at for 10 bucks or less and it's good? < Srsly though few and far between in my town and they aren't that good.

Also i can buy a pound of meat and eat for a few days on what i could get somewhere else for one meal that isn't even that great. I also know exactly what i'm getting and it taste better than some frozen BS i can buy at some fake and gay restaurant.

There are a handful of decent places here but the better ones are expensive so i don't eat out that often. More of a social thing than anything else.

Dude acts like hes a high class character when he eats out of dumpsters.

"I might not like vietamanese food..."

Buddy, you're a bum and poor and a loser. You have no choice but to like whatever local dive throws out that night behind the place.

Also, on a serious note we have a lot of local real Italian places that aren't too expensive that I goto four or more times a week for lunch.

We also have a butcher shop that has a little restaurant connected that make amazing subs and burgers that I goto for lunch a lot.

How much do you weigh?

How much do you weigh?

Anywhere between 225 and 260 depending of its bulking or cutting season.

The great thing about the butcher shop is you can pretty much order anything and they'll make it however you want and if your diet is low sodium, low carb, low fat, etc they'll do it for you that way.
