Great edit. Makes me want to read the new novelization to see all the parallels that get missed in the pace of the movie. Cant bring myself to watch the prequels in their entirety but watched the "Fall of the Jedi" fan edit of the PT on Youtube last weekend and enjoyed. Worth a watch. Edited by TUF

I've never actually sat down to watch one of those fan edits of the prequels. There's a bunch of them and I should figure out which is the consensus best and give it a watch one of these days.

Im at Luke mysteriously taking off his Jedi robes even tho he supposedly swore off the Jedi ways decades ago. At the throne room now.

He's living at the first jedi temple. 

 

He's renounced the Jedi, but he hasn't completely let go. He's trying to convince himself he's doing the right thing.

 

In the novelization it's explained that he's tried to burn the tree several times before Rey shows up and can't bring himself to do it.

US got cucked. Supposedly the red coats got Rogue One, TFA, and TLJ on netflix. Going to hold out theyll put Solo on it as well. Disney isnt getting a dime from me until Obi Wan gets announced.

This comment doesn't make sense. Plot armor is when something outlandish happens that keeps a main character from dying.

Ackbar should have been the one to kamikazee the fleet but a suicide bomber named Ackbar probably wouldnt have been a good look

Would have been one of the few improvements they could have made on this masterpiece tbh.

Holdo's super secret plan really panned out well for her...

Would have worked fine if Poe hadn't leaked it 5 seconds after finding out what it was, to two guys of questionable loyalty who were about to board an enemy ship and likely be captured and tortured for information.

No, it's not. Security clearances are a thing for a reason. There's a reason you don't tell everyone the plan, and it's so the enemy has less chances of learning about it.

 

Considering Rose was cattle prodding niggies trying to jump ship all morning, that would be a lot of loose ends floating around out there.
