Jolldan
https://www.bjpenn.com/mma-news/josh-koscheck/josh-koscheck-joins-the-list-of-recent-retired-ufc-veterans-makes-it-official/ Love him or hate him, as long as you talked about him. After three big-name retirements these past two weeks, we now have a third. That third being one of the original cast members from the very first season of The Ultimate Fighter, Josh Koscheck. A welterweight division staple throughout his UFC tenure, after an unsettling six-fight losing streak, Koscheck has decided now is the time to hang up the gloves as he told Luke Thomas today on The Luke Thomas Show. @JoshKoscheck confirms to @lthomasnews that he is officially retired #TLTS pic.twitter.com/g0BIdMI0VZ — MMA on SiriusXM (@MMAonSiriusXM) June 28, 2018 “That is true [i am officially retired] . And I don’t think I’ve ever said that. Who knows, you never know. I may come back someday but you know, the biggest thing about my mixed martial arts career…it just didn’t go the way I wanted. It’s almost like you just kind of lose it. And it pains me to say that. It really truly pains me as a fighter. Because I have a big ego, everybody that steps inside that cage has a big ego and their confidence and things of that nature. But I…truly didn’t have it. I couldn’t go out there and compete with these young guys. I felt great in the gym, I was in great shape. I don’t think I was ever in better shape than when I was at 38-39 and obviously 40. But just didn’t have it.”
crangs
It fills me with great sadness that we'll never see him frothing at the mouth again except every time I want a giggle and look it up on youtube or in gif form

cashfl0w
Only four or five years too late. In MMA terms, that's not bad.

Bubba_Sparks
I've been quite outspoken in my dislike of kos over the years but the dude was a pioneer of the sport. So in his retirement, it would be churlish of me to focus on his frothy choke-out face against Jake, his 0-6 record to finish, or his apparent lack of any redeeming feature or personality. Today is not the day to bring up faking knees or picking a fight with a male nurse, nor is it the day to ponder whether he is literally the only fighter with 0 fans on the fora. Instead let's take a moment to celebrate his finest moment; becoming the first fighter to make everybody route for GSP in a fight; not once but twice as he got jabbed literally to death. I close with some words from the leader of the free world. 'Josh Koscheck is a ****-hole. Sad!'. Edited June 29, 2018 by Bubba_Sparks

IrishSemtex
It fills me with great sadness that we'll never see him frothing at the mouth again except every time I want a giggle and look it up on youtube or in gif form That moment brought a joy to my heart I hadn't known was possible except for getting oral delight from a redhead. Kos is a cheating piece of ****ing **** and the world would be better off if he was killed by a cement truck. But I'll grudgingly settle for him never fighting again.

IrishSemtex
Would you fight Kos in Bellator? Are you asking me cuz I'm a male nurse? But no, I value my eyeballs that he'd be trying to gouge out of my head
