I had my truck broken into for the third time in 2018.

I had my truck broken into for the third time this year. This time they smashed a window. I innocently enough left my bicycle in the back, but it was locked up so it should've been alright. I was just going to be inside for a few hours and it was daylight and it was parked a half a block from the guard shack at a newly renovated city park.

I've been parking here for about a month because I thought that it was safer than where I was parking before.

Someone witnessed it and reported it to a different guard in a nearby building and you can imagine the description of the assailants, it's the same description as always.

I just don't want to hear from any posters from Canada or people live in Connecticut or wherever about the way I know things are.

Anyway, I went upstairs and I grabbed a pistol and I shoved it in my pocket and I spent the next two hours scouring the downtown area, looking around in places where lowlifes congregate, looking for my bike. No question about it, I absolutely would have killed whoever took my bicycle, killed them on the spot.

I think we've all wasted some black guy over a bike, Soup. Join the club.

White, black, Mexican or whatever I don't care. If I would've found who did it, I would've shot him dead. I was walking around for two hours, looking down every street, in every corner, in every little park, in every alley. I was ready to kill. Couldn't find him. I found what I was doing to be pointless, it was 2 AM by this time, so I went back inside and called it a night.

It was a damn good bike. I respect your decisions.

What would you do if you saw some fat white ginger delivering newspapers with it tomorrow?

It is not pleasant to have some property stolen, or even worst ,someone breaking into your house. That feeling is almost unexplainable.

But killing somebody for a bike.....that is just plain stupid even just considering it.

Really? You think that? So you believe that the sort of person that would smash someone's car window and steal their bicycle is the sort of person that adds value to this world? Do you think a person brings happiness to the The people in their lives and their people they encounter? You think that person has a right to life?

If we leave the legal factor out of the equation, I actually think that it is a brilliant solution.

You do realize that stealing your bike isn't a legally defensible reason to kill someone, right?

Presuming that you do, you want to spend the rest of your life in a cell over a bike?

Cut your ****ing losses, dude.

All depends. If he came out of his house and they were breaking into his vehicle to steal and he caught them and believed they were a threat to his life, he very well can blow a hole in their skulls.

However, he cant legally (unfortunately) go and track his item down and blow a hole through their skulls.

I doubt Soup owns a truck or a bike honestly.

This is more a thread about Soup ****ting on black people to attention **** on the forum.

Or, he is so mentally unstable that he would go looking for a 20$ junk bike with a weapon, to kill the perpetrator.

So Soup is either a giant liar, or a psychotic fool who should be locked away in an institute, AGAIN.

I'm not a lawyer, but I don't think you could even shoot someone who is breaking into your car necessarily because you'd be the one approaching them. I think it would probably vary based on state laws and if they weren't armed then you'd have a hard time proving self defense, you'd probably catch time for manslaughter at least, especially if you are a bartender who has to use the public defender.

That said, it's a moot point because that doesn't even apply to the context here. Soup is confessing to his attempt to commit a premediated murder in a death penalty state.

Over a bike and his hate for the darker complexion.

Is this Soups quarterly black ppl took from me thread

The funny thing is if you remeber back when he was a bum in California, some Gay black dude took his job, nothing but ****ing came from it.

Steal his 20$ bike, and he will kill for it.

So Soup has no care for work, but would kill over trash.

He really is a homeless bum through and through.

Soup, it sounds to me like Mozzez stole your bike(s).

You better go find him!

Me and America flipped a coin to see who would do it. I won.

I decided to make it even more fun by hiring a black college graduate to dress like a thug and go do it just to make him cry even more.

Good times.

but shooting people over stealing your bike? thats some pee wee herman chit right there.

it better have been a nice bike for you to consider going back to prison and getting your anus banged out again over it.

i know if someone stole some of my bikes id probably want to beat the chit out of him and then politely apologize and invite him for a couple beers and some poutine over a hockey game before he gives me my bike back. but murder is just a little bit tew far.

I never leave anything in mine. I had my truck broken into once since i lived here. Fooker smashed the window to steal a crappy factory radio and some change out of my center console.

I almost put a big note up that said "Dear thief, the door is unlocked so don't smash my window again. There is nothing in there except your lifeless corpse if i catch you and i will because i have cameras and know what you look like but if i'm in a good mood and feel like sparing your worthless life i will make you pick up the glass with your anus and then i'll make you get a fkn job and pay me back which i know is your worst nightmare"

Srsly though fk being Rambo Bronson. Even if the law says you're justified in shooting someone you're still gonna have to get a lawyer, go to trial and it's possible you may still lose your freedom.

Over what? Some material objects. As tempting as it is to wanna waste a worthless thief it ain't worth it.

If someone breaks into my house all bets are off. They're gonna get  'ed and they will never see it coming.

Really Chief Little Limp Penis?

Soup is not a registered gun owner and a felon.  He goes to prison for 5 years if caught in possession of his weapon.  You're a f*cking idiot.

.................says the idiot who admits to having "throw away" guns, which are used to get away with murder.

Those are for someone intent on harming me on my property or inside my house.

I'm not going to wander the ghetto randomly looking for a black guy to murder and then place a throw away on him.  I have been robbed at gunpoint during a home invasion before because the junkies were desperate.  I'm not a felon.  Most of my weapons are registered.

CB is such a clown that he's anti gun but supports a felon running around the ghetto with the intention of murdering a black man with a fiddy dollar bicycle... lol.

If it was anyone but Megasoup, you gun nuts would support him.

If Soup walked in on this random thief stealing his ****, I am all for him using necessary force to stop it up to and including shooting the ****er.

**** the criminals, even if they are stealing from Soup.

But going criminal hunting based on his racial prejudices after the fact with an illegal gun, while he admits that he would have committed premeditated murder if he found the guy he THOUGHT did it.

Think you are backing the wrong horse in this on Classic.

Soup went from Dead beat loser to straight up psychotic with how he says he acts. This is the type of loser who will shoot up a school  of black kids and then people will come and say, well, he did show some signs that he wasnt all there in the head, but we never thought he would do that.

You need an illegal gun for that? Are you a felon?

No but there's a lot of circumstances that led to me arming myself more.  NYE 2013 I was out of town and someone that I thought was my friend knew that.  New Years Day I'm still in Nashville and my mother came to my house that morning to take care of my animals.  She called me and said I left my door completely unlocked.  She went to unlock the deadbolt and could tell it wasn't locked so she just tried the doorknob and it was also unlocked.

They were inside my house as she's on the phone and the only place I could fathom both being able to hide is the shower because the house is small.  The reason I only lost a Glock pistol and a small fire proof safe is because they were interrupted.  I told my mother there's no way I left them both unlocked.  Anyway she's leaving when we are about to get off the phone and says I'm locking the deadbolt right now.  I get home and the deadbolt isn't locked only the bottom because they left through the front door and obviously don't have a key.  I got mad and called my mother to tell her she didn't lock the most important lock and she got really quiet and asked me if anything was missing.  All major electronics in place didn't even think to check nightstand or closet for pistol and safe.  However I am in my car about to leave to get food and I can see the outside screen of my kitchen window has been cut and the window appears to be open.  I get out and there's an inside only cat just chilling outside.

I knew instantly but I was in the middle of a divorce and I actually thought my ex wife and her heroin/opana junkie boyfriend did this.  After thinking it through the cats were hers she wouldn't have left the window open for one to get out.  Supposed friend is acting suspicious saying he'll help me beat some **** if I find out who did it (my mother cased the scrub that helped him, scared him chitless and he confessed).  He also had a date to move to Washington state planned before any of this.  When he was inside my house just a few days prior he unlocked my kitchen window, lifted it and then closed it with the locks back in place but above the locks meaning it's not locked.  There's also a curtain so I can't see this chit.

Look we live in different parts of the country.  My neighborhood is fairly nice but I'm at the top of a very steep and isolated hill.  I can walk through the woods and into a cemetery and in 7-8 minutes of just walking I'm in the southside ghetto.  I have had a ton of suspicious people and total junkies case my vehicles and I have caught more than one in the act.

I don't want to hurt anyone.  When I found out the brains behind robbing me when I was out of town moved back from Washington state is when I got a throwaway.  Several people informed me he was back including what was about to be his ex wife.  She left him and was in Ohio at her parents but told me that he was very unstable and didn't have any income.  I didn't just get something unregistered I installed cameras inside and outside.

You're making me go full Stomp because you don't know the **** I've been through.  That held at gunpoint home invasion wasn't my house and I was 19 or 20 years old.  Having a gun pressed against your forehead while someone else empties my wallet, takes my keys to jack what had a large street value in my car... that was a lot of fun...  I will do what I feel like I NEED to do in order to avoid anything like that again.

It's your choice if you want to arm yourself with a tomahawk, Chief.

Fair enough. However, I still don't understand why you don't just arm yourself legally.
