Whatever works for you I guess. Marketing works everywhere and there's none better than the root of most evil

You regularly hint at churches being all about money....if you went to any church that's not a 'mega church' you'd realise that's just not the case.

We have 150 Swahilli speaking refugees in my Stockholm church. The sum of their giving is precisely 0. They are welcomed with open arms.

Most European pastors could earn considerably more in the private sector, and give up careers to follow what they believe they are called to do.

Sure, there are exploitative TV evangelists raking in millions, but for every one of those there are thousands of humble, fairly poor church leaders.

Like I've said before - not every church is Hillsong.

What on nobodies green earth does them speaking Swahili have to do with anything other than Sweden being overran with horrible immigration policy?

Sure. Not every church is for money. Yes, the community aspect in many churches excellent. No, mumbling to imaginary man does not cure cancer and thinking it does means you are brainwashed and delusional. Better?

Most of your anti-church posts are about how they're only after you for your money. If you have been disabused of that notion, then that's progress!

I agree that Sweden's immigration policy sucks btw.

I've seen enough to know it's not coincidence.  Deaf people instantly able to hear...blind people instantly able to see...people sent home to die from cancer making the most miraculous recoveries without any help from doctors or medicine....people battling issues for decades (back pain, migraines, gastro issues) that have tried everything, healed only after being prayed for.

The question of why some haven't been healed is valid, but it does not act as the linchpin against the healings that have already taken place.

I understand why you'd come into this thread to chit on the testimonies i've presented, and i'm sincerely sorry bad things have happened to you/your family

We just disagree and that's okay.

We have a healthy baby boy!  He was born a week or so ago (earlier than anticipated) b/c apparently the mother got COVID and the baby's heart rate dropped too much...so they did an emergency C-Section.  But both mother and baby are doing great...Baby still needs to gain a little more weight & drink his entire bottle until he can go home....Have no doubts that will happen soon enough.  Mom is so thankful...she went from the doctors saying the worst possible things any mother-to-be could hear to delivering a healthy baby boy!

Got this update from the mother on this one:

I went to the doctor for my 6 weeks check-up.  This was the doctor I originally went to and he noticed I didn't have any fluid and sent me to the specialist hospital.  Well, he told me that in his 30+ years of practice, EVERY case of low/no fluid ends the same, with the baby dying in the womb or shortly after birth.  When he heard that I delivered a healthy baby boy, he called 10 other physicians that he knows who are OBGYNs.  NONE of them have EVER had a case where a healthy baby was delivered.  He said - Ma'am, I've seen some things over my 30+ years in practice to where I'd say, Yeah we just saw a miracle.  BUT, I have NEVER seen anything as GREAT as this in my lifetime.  And none of the doctors I called to discuss your case with have either.  This was the greatest miracle I have ever seen.
