Prediction League rules go to Supreme Court

Hear me out on a Soup THC induced rant prior to anonymous voting, but I have facts to back up my opening arguments.

We all know that punch counts, piddy pat punches, take downs with no GNP, don't tell the story of a fight. Even who wins more rounds doesn't decide the final outcome, a fighter could be getting mauled for 14 minutes straight then knock his opponent out cold/or a submission....and the only thing that matters is a Win or Loss on his record.

Which calls to reason before the court are Fight wins as valuable or indicative of League dominance as Event Wins ?  I would contend to the contrary, as argued in the Supreme Court in 2017 U.S. Justice Dept. vs -5dimesinternational-  case 107b3 section 41. Betting on given odds set forth by Los Vegas is still governed by the winner, not a select portion of the given 3/5 round fight...thus setting the legal precedent that overall achievement holds more merit than individual selection.

Thus the standings won't change for 98.7% of participants, yet will yield to the righteous and justified belt holder.

I would like to present into evidence the following articles for the courts consideration:

Exhibit A:

  • Rule Disputes: Any rule disputes will be decided by Decompoze.

Exhibit B:

  • Rule Updates: The rules may be updated for clarification at any time as needed.

There's only 1 belt on the line, the other weight division was eliminated.

yeah theres only 1 belt on the line now because i already won the ppv league. the final score for me officially being either 117-48 with a 3 point margin of victory if you want to count the last PPV, or 110-41 with a 5 point margin of victory if you just want to count the scores up until the point you all made the conscious decision to forfeit the tournament to me.   doesnt matter to me. ill take it either way. a win is a win.

ya'll tapped to strikes with a minute left in the fight and a belt on the line.   quitting on the stool like BJ Penn back in his prime. a total fuсking forfeit lol.

since you guys decided to forfeit while i was on top, that means i win. if you decide to rage quit in a tournament in the last few minutes of a game youre losing and just decide to walk out because you cant come back, guess what? your opponent still advances. you still lose.  you didnt erase your loss or nullify anything by pulling that ethernet cord in that online soccer game your team is getting smoked in. all you did was make yourselves look like sore losers and big babies.

and i am going to to win this one too! look at this guy so upset at losing to the drunk guy that he's desperate to try to change the rules lmao.  how is this even thread worthy? you may as well just rage quit this one too and not even bother submitting your picks. it wont matter to me. at the end of the day i will still have won both of this years leagues.

learn how to handle your losses and swallow your pride.  you cant always win at everything in life.  if youre really that upset that the drunk guy has been carrying these tournaments since february, perhaps you should have studied your tapes, trained harder, and stepped up your prediction games so that you could stop me. you had over 10 months now to try to knock me off my pedastal, but you all blew your loads too early, and right now decompoze and graham420 are the only ones left who still have any gas left in the tank. quitting on the stool is a fools errand, but like i said, you can go ahead and rage quit this one too because it makes zero difference to me in where i'll place in the standings.

and thats all i have to say about that. take your аss whoopings like a man. not like little bіtches.

Geez stomp, not reading all of that. Already told you, removing that league was just a joke to get you tilted up. And by the look of these essays it worked.

I'm going to post the PPV result next week with all the other results. Also I added non PPV results just so people can see how they did under both categories.

well yeah it did get me a bit worked up. i figured bwana had more integgerty and testicular fortitude than this kind of sore loser behavior kind of chit.  i mean i havent seen him welch out of any of your av bets or anything. i figured he would be able to handle seeing me carrying these prediction league tournaments on my back all year this year while i jerk my own ego off about it and rub it in everyones faces the whole time.

this might very well be the greatest accomplishment in my forum life ever since that day when one of zerkbots alts accidentilly liked one of my 4 year old posts.

god damn, im actually curious to see how well ive done or didnt do on the can leagues.  i know i got clobbered on some of them though

it might be worth setting up a 3rd league for the non-pay per view cards. that way i'll be champ-champ-champ, but you all can call me triple-c. im gonna need a bigger mantle to put all of my belts on!

2019 Rando is actually doing better than wickles. rando finished that league at 252-257 with a 49.51% pick percentage.  after an impressive performance this weekend, wickles is currently sitting at 240-246, with a 49.4% pick percent

as it currently stands, your average prediction robot with no mma knowledge has more mma knowledge than wickles. but he's got one card left to redeem himself. anything can happen.

i have demonstrated that you literally can flip a coin to make your picks and be right about half of the time.  wickles should have just used the coin toss or list randomizer and he'd only be 8 picks behind his forum arch-nemesis Dark_Horse instead of 11.  maybe he'll even finish ahead of our beloved 2019 prediction robot, that had by far the worst pick percentage in that years league and the only reason why rando didnt finish dead last that year is because of 2 exit scammers. rando was the biggest bust since dolly parton.

i'm expecting wickles to come up big this weekend just to keep the wickles and dark horse rivalry and vendetta alive. and i hope that harry hunsucker chokes hard on some ungroomed asian diсk too.

Not sure you were the first to demonstrate that a toss of a coin has about a 50% chance either way. Maths did it before you.

I never protested the other contest, the "extra's" that were supposed to play quit....so it was decided that Kingpoze shouldn't bother to maintain and post of results when they bailed on the game.

I wouldn't concern yourself, @-idyb- pretty much locked himself into being the commish this year....the card updates and current standings should be interesting to say the least.

i've cleaned out two divisions, won my belts, and i've decided to retire from the great sport of fight predicting.

i'm living the pampered life now bro. its gonna take some real worthy competition to ever draw me back into the game. ive already accomplished everything else there is to do in this sport. i'm competing for legacy from this point on. from here on out its champ shіt only. 

i aint running this league. but i'll offer my service to be in charge of certifying the official results of the standings and scorecards if need be
