Greg Norman "everyone makes mistakes"

Recommended Posts

World class has-been Greg Norman in response to the Saudi's killing and dismembering an American reporter "we allmake mistakes"

If all it takes to get the Saudi "golf league" off the ground is someone to lie - the Saudi's have found the right guy.

I wellremember the 96 MAsters where Norman staged his masterpiece collapse. After the cringeworthy event he was asked by a reporter if it hurt

His response was that at the end of the day he still had $30 million in the bank

Those words would never have come out of Jack or Tiger or Ben or Arnie

Those wordsd told you everything you would ever need to know about Mr Norman

His involvement in Saudi golf is only logical.

Faldo was 6 shots down....and ended up winning by 5. I remember watching it live, think he 3-putted from 10 feet on one hole then went into the water off the tee on the next. Fun times.

We do all make mistakes though. Just typically ones that don't end with death and dismemberment.  It was a very...curious defence to launch.

Greg choked big time, total collapse on focus and performance...yet the best golfer in that era, and possibly the most arrogant.

I was at the US Open and handed him my hand to autograph, he started to sign it and dropped it...then about 10 people walked on my new hat, I ran forward and caught up to him and yelled "you're a fugging dikk !!!" lol

I think a lot of people forget that Faldo shot 67 in the final round

Defending PGA champ and only ever senior major winner Phil the Thrill will not be defending his PGA Championship.

Will he show up for the LIV debut event ?- last place makes $100K and the winner makes $4 million - 48 man field of has beens

Phil's cancel culture cancellation and newly reported $40 million gambling loses say yes.

World No. 2 and Open Championship winner Cameron Smith is "gone" to the LIV Golf Series at the end of the PGA playoffs, Cameron Percy said on Tuesday.

Percy said Smith and another fellow Australian Marc Leishman, already have signed deals to exit the PGA Tour.

"Unfortunate, yeah, they're gone," Percy told RSN radio.

Money talks, most of these guys have short burst successful careers....and travel the road constantly to make good cash for hitting a little white ball, you almost can't blame them. The signing bonus alone is probably 3-4x their yearly salary, play a few years and retire happy.
