cashfl0w
Honestly, why are we still watching this stuff?? Even the ones they claim are invincible, eventually lose to a moron. Valentina was supposed to be their unstoppable monster, and she got choked out by a Mexican boxer. LOL I hate having to kill time during the broadcasts, change channels and ****. Let's just call the WMMA experiment over and move on, @DanaWhite? Say stupid chit below. 2
Dark_Horse
He wanted to cash in on Ronda, then got stuck with the rest of the shltshow. No one pays to watch WMMA. But now it won't go away.
agtx
I was thinking before the fight that Valentina was the last one of the dominant WMMA's & then she lost in underwhelming circumstances just like Nunes. Im out of any excuses for why wmma isnt a total waste of time.

Well, obviously he is cashed on Nunes vs Pena II and will cash on the trilogy …. and the same will happen with Valentina and Grasso …

Some of the ladies are talented. Shevchenko is one of them. Along with Nunes and Rose. Outside of a few big names that essentially dominate until they get lazy or careless, the competition just isn't there. The Shevchenko fight wasn't bad imo. I think she slept on her and it cost her. The fact she kept giving up her back spoke volumes. You don't do that. Ever. Against anyone. That's like Gane give his neck to Bones....same ****. Not quite that bad, but definitely not smart. ijosef
You are all fools. WMMA is the greatest thing to happen to the UFC since the original season of TUF helped Zuffa transition from running in the red to turning a profit. I understand that not all of you like women's fighting, but it's okay. Many brilliant things aren't appreciated right away. Louis Braille's invention that allowed blind people to read wasn't fully acknowledged until after his death. Nicola Tesla died in poverty yet he's known as one of the greatest geniuses in modern history today. Women's mixed martial arts does not get the credit it deserves, but perhaps even get its due because of the incredibly talented women on the UFC (as well as Bellator, ONE FC and Invicta) rosters. 1

So what you're saying is...WMMA needs to die so that when time passes, we will appreciate it more? I am all for this this @danawhite let's proceed with this strategy and ban wmma immediately in the UFC 1

Bezerker101
Namajunas vs Esparza ll is forever etched in my brain as the most painful visual mma experience I've endured with the possible exception of Quarry/ Starnes . Ronda Rousey getting melted by Holly Holm is up there, although that was just as much about the end of a hype machine as it was about the quality of a fight (someone who knew how to strike vs. someone who had no idea). Gina Carano vs Cyborg is a classic. Even though Gina took a beatdown in that fight, people forget that she had her moments (even had Cyborg in full mount if I remember correctly) Amanda Nunes vs Cyborg is another classic fight, again because of the end of the hype machine. Miesha Tate vs Cat Zingano was actually a really good fight... I'd either put that for Miesha or go with Miesha vs Sara McMann (huge comeback win for her there). Another option for Cat would be her win over Nunes. Michelle Waterson vs Jessica Penne for the atomweight title in Invicta was a great fight. Joanna Jedrzejczyk vs Zhang Weili (first fight) is an obvious classic, but Joanna vs Claudia Gadhela II was great as well. Those are just off the top of my head. There are many, many more.

Some good scraps there. Tate v Holm was also pretty dramatic.
