Wats up..

Just wondering what everyones taking to help them through their workouts...and if yous's have any recommendations


I was taking BSN's NO-Xplode pre-workout and have now switched to VPX's NO-Shotgun which i find brilliant...super energy and pump..awesome


Then i just use TMU's Whey Protein throughout the day...

i take the no xplode. i also take one a day vitamins, glutamine, glucosamine for my joints and fish oil and whey protein. and eating healthy and drinking lots of water is more important than anything. with all the supplements i take i have to force myself to drink close to two gallons of water a day. you can really cause more damage than good if you arent getting enough water. some of this stuff is bad for your liver.
