tuf1_
MMA has seen some epic trilogies. From grudge matchs like Ortiz vs Shamrock to rubber matchs like St. Pierre vs Hughes but what is the greatest of all time? Randy v Chuck? Wandy v Rampage? And what are some rubber matches you'd like to see settled? Mir v Lesnar? Hughes v BJ? (Hughes has mentioned dropping down) Personally I'd like to see Sanchez v Kosheck III someday. Sanchez vs Kosheck III? i dont recall them ever having a second fight? I would like to see Matt Hughes vs Carlos Newton III
craigdcan1406050570
Well, Sanchez/Koscheck fought on TUF and again in the UFC. The most anticipated trilogy was Liddell/Couture without a doubt.
Calabretta_GSP
I just loved Tito vs. Shamrock but i think Brock vs. Mir would be a good trilogy
armbarvictim
Id like to see Mir & lesnar again' date=' but maybe after theyve both had 2 or 3 other opponents or otherwise it would get boring IMO. As for Hughes & BJ, i would love to see Hughes beat BJ again at any weight.[/quote'] With the way things are rolling lately I would think that BJ would have the upper hand on Hughes. The only reason Hughes won the second fight is because BJ gassed. That won't be happening anymore. Yeah I guess it would officialy just be a rematch but Diego and Kos fought on TUF and then once in the UFC but I think the third fight would be what the second fight should have been - intense. I forgot about Hughes and Newton. That's actually very possible too considering all the old names the UFC has been bringing back in lately (Baroni' date=' Belfort, and that Russian dude)[/quote'] They brought back Baroni? Did I miss something? And who is the Russian dude?
KeaRz
Love Randy - Chuck. Mir - Lesnar would be awesome. The one I loved the less is Wandy - Rampage simply because it was a 2-0 going to 2-1.
BrockObama
I can't wait to see the exciting conclusion of the Anderson Silva/Rich Franklin trilogy!
Robban
Cro cop vs Barnett (3-0) PWNED ROIDF****R
Fast_Knockout
The best trilogy in my opinion was Liddell/Couture. I'd love to see an Evan Tanner/Phil Barouni 3. Now that Phil is back in the UFC it'd be a great time, if Tanner hadn't passed. R.I.P I hate Ortiz, but I must say him and Ken was exciting. CaptainSuperman
Coture/Liddell for sure. And yeah, BJ/Hughes would be a good one to see
kman747
I think Mir vs. Lesnar 3 would be pointless, Lesnar would just beat the life out of mir like he did at UFC
mmakillsallothersports
i would say chuck and randy are obviously the best trilogy two legends of mma and the ufc. three great fights some of the highest grossing in ufc history. i would love to see a third match between lesnar and mir also hughes and trigg
CaptainSuperman
For some reason, I want to see a GSP/Serra III. I don't know why though.
Charliezard
To me the greatest trilogy of all time in the UFC is Liddell vs. Couture. They were great to watch and they are two of my faveorite fighters in the sport whether in there prime or not in there prime when they were fighting i always loved to watch them fight coutures slam on liddell in the first fight is my faveorite slam in mma it wasn't the most brutal one ever seen but was just perfect wrestling technique put into a sport aand i loved it

richhill78
I don't understand why a lot of you wanna see Mir vs Lesnar again - Lesnar dominate both fights and only lost the first one due to inexperience and clumsiness. I much rather see Lesnar have a variety of opponents that actual pose a threat to his title; like Nogueira, Velasquez, Carwin, Cro Cop, Dos Santos. gtp
Chuck v Couture was the best all time in my opinion. I have two rubber matches I would love to see: Stout v The King (Fisher) III Belfort v Couture III Both are currently @ 1-1.
Rib
Chuck and Randy was probably the best. After some time off I would love to see another Lesner v Mir Also I'd also be real interested in a Diego Koscheck fight again! http://bumpyknuckle.com/
craigdcan1406050570
Mickey Ward vs Arturo Gatti was an amazing trilogy. Toe to toe. Grit, determination, brain damage. It had it all....shame it was boxing...as far as boxing goes, this was amazing!
