i remember hearing that when stallone trains, he does everything till he can't physically do it anymore. not by the reps. he completely fatigues his muscles and that alone is pretty bad-a$$. i can't stand that feeling once your arms or legs start getting tired, i always wanna give up. he pushes it to the next level, and then the next level. regardless if he's a real athlete, or steroids, he's still a bad-a$$.

and rambo 4 was f'in unbelievable. as was rambo 1 and 3. love stallone. he's awesome. and his philly accent.

he got busted for steroids on his way to australia for filming of rambo 4. true story...

not a true story he had hgh human growth hormone which is legal in usa. Human growth hormone is proven NOT to increase muscle mass or strength. Doctors perscribe it to people in there late 50's or 60's because thats the age you stop producing it naturally so they beleive since that happens taking synthetic hgh may be healthy or a myth that it stops or slows down the aging process which is just a myth but some hollywood actresses take hgh for that reason.

well i highly doubt that because if you ask any proffesional athlete, theyll tell you that thats the best way to get injured and if its done to where you litteraly cant do anymore cuz your muscles are so worn out, not only will your muscles be sore for weeks, which wont allow you to do efficient training because you will have to wait untill you recover before you do some more serious training, but you could actually rip muscles and do some real damage that you dont think your enduring, and im not trying to be a smartass or anything, im just lettin you know

but yea, he does train really hard, im not sayin he doesnt or anything, hes my *****
