Why is this man not in the UFC?

He's a professional kickboxer and his win loss record isn't super amazing. 59 wins 11 losses 45 KO's. Fighting at 155 pounds (approximately).

His credentials aren't too bad, he might be able to make it in MMA, but he'd need to have a slightly better ground game than most kickboxers who turn to MMAists, because it seems like the only thing he does amazingly well is knock guys out. He's the best point fighter. Also, there's some frigging scary guys in the standup world of MMA at lightweight.

cheers for the extra info.I did'nt know that much about him to be honest, my cypriot hairdresser put me on to him lol and no doubt he would have to have a decent ground game in the UFC or at least some good take down defense. Can't deny he would'nt be an exciting fighter in the UFC.Or at least a great fighter to watch should he enter TUF

This is MIKE ZAMBIDIS from cyprus . He looks out of this world. What do you think?

he'd do ok against some of the lesser 155.s any of the top guys would take him down and submit him look at what happens to congo when he gets taken down or cro cop both very good kickboxers

as long as he has good takedown defence i can't see him getting dominated by anybody out of the top5 his striking ability is awesome and extremely fast

He is great just had a few bad lossess when it was important to win that threw him into obscurity. He might not meet your standards or the ones on paper but the guy is a very confident fighter and has great moves and speed and power. At 155 a solid kickboxer would be interesting to see in MMA. Most kickboxers(competitive tourney) dont transition well though to MMA. They do alright.
