TigerChamp
well unless he is still running, middleweight is out of the question for forrest. heavyweight could be interesting but maybe not ideal for him.
BonesJaw
You'd have to find him first...
kman747
Forrest definatly could move up to heavyweight, if he will though is the question.
pridewars
No, he would be too small of a heavyweight IMO. He could hang with the less talented or smaller heavyweights but the serious contenders. I think he is fine at LHW, but he needs to change his style, he is too wide open. pridewars
How is forrest done? he lost to the top p4p guy out there...i know very embarrassing but if you thought forrest had a shot, you were being foolish.
Dom_
yeah forrest isnt done he just needs to work on some smaller fights and get back up to where he use to be
pridewars
Yeah i agree. His last three fights were winning the title from rampage, losing a close match for the title against rashad evans and losing to the best in the world in Silva....how does that equal done. Balla5077
All Forrest needs to do is win against a decent fighter and he'll be back towards the top. He could fight T. Silva or the loser of the Shogun/Machida fight.
joshdfs
He just deosn't have the frame for a HW and he just doesn't have the pure skill to be at the top of his division. He has gotten as far as he has on pure hard work and heart, which is why people, including yours truly, like him. He will almost always be the underdog based on skills alone but he will almost always stand a chance on heart alone!
