Why Undisputed?

In boxing, where they have multiple sanctioning bodies, the word UNDISPUTED means the fighter holds a championship belt from all recognized bodies. Since there is only one UFC and other MMA sanctioning bodies have different structures, there can only be one UFC champion per weight class at a time. Therefore, every time that cartoonish announcer yells, UNDISPUTED, he's either mouthing a cliche with no regard to its meaning, he's been instructed to do so, or he's an idiot. Does anyone from the UFC read these posts?

Thank you.

Agreed but most of the casual MMA fans dont know the difference. My guess is that he is forced to say it by the promoters/Dana White and Fertittas Bros to add excitement to the introductions.
