My newest discovery - pilates

Pilates is great work out, especially for middle aged men like me.

 

It is something like yoga and works wonders on old tired and beaten up bodies.

 

I would highly recommend it to anyone, athelete or not. It builds your core strength slowly and safely, and gives you back all the flexability that time robs you of. For anyone with back or neck issues pilates is a must.

My wife has tapes of this and a stretching band.. I do it from time to time and it is harder than one would think.

Pilates is excellent for flexibility and toning. It's the way I end my work out everyday.
