There is Brazilian movie called " Elite Squad" "Tropa de Elite" ( in Portuguese) that is excellent and show how this Police force works in Brazil. The movie is based on BOPE from the state of Rio de Janeiro and Paulo Thiago works for BOPE on a different state but it is the same line of work.
