Rib
As expected "Captain America" brings home the biggest pay day at $250,000 for his anihilation of Coleman. http://bumpyknuckle.com/2010/02/08/ufc-109-fighter-salaries/ between his win bonus and fight of the night bonus, sonnen raked in six figures as well! Overall some pretty nice salaries for the fighters this go round. I was a bit suprised to see how much Serra is making still.

Shouldn't really be a shock there.

He mad 64K...that 32K bonus is included in his 64K. Even if you didnt notice that and added the 64K and 32K you still do not arrive at a 6 figure salary. Randy Couture and Matt Serra were the only fighters to make a 6 figure salary... Not surprised either that Serra earns 6 figures. Hes a former Champ and great at hyping/marketing his fights. Put that in your calculator then come back and chat. As I said, his WIN bonus PLUS His FOTN bonus makes over 100K. Thanks

Rib
yea, people are always so quick to try and mouth off, they think it shows how touch and neat they are, but when they are made a fool of they come no where close to the thread to accept the embarrassment like a man
ViRuShoGuN
I will have to agree that nothing will be more lopsided than the salaries between W. Silva, and Keith Jardine at UFC 84. UFC 84 Fighter Salaries: BJ Penn ($250,000) def. Sean Sherk ($35,000) Wanderlei Silva (150,000) def. Keith Jardine ($10,000) Other than that, I am not that surprised Serra earned that big of a purse.
