That was a bad way to start it off

You can't take away a point, as he quit fighting. Alessio would have put him away otherwise. I have never seen that happen before, but if you can't continue to fight and you think that someone poked you, then it better show that you were poked or you deserve to lose. I really think Irvin was getting owned on the feet by Sakara, which surprises me considered the only talent Irvin has is his kickboxing. Dana White is going to be pissed off! I think that the Sandman will be cut tonight.

Sakara was a professional boxer, and actually, he was not owning him on his feet. Did you happen to notice Irvins leg kicks? It was too early to say he was getting owned anyway. He took a few shots yes, but they didn't rock him, or phase him.

He landed a couple of leg kicks and that's really about it. He was getting tagged by Sakara everytime he threw a combination. I'm sorry your man lost, but you should really watch the first round again. I'm not saying that Irvin couldn't have won that fight, but was eating the most leather and would have been behind on the judges scorecards at that early juncture.
