elmontro
With the latest crush from Dos Santos to Gonzaga i think he's ready for contention. Brock will face Mir/Carwin in Summer and i think by New Year The Champion would face Cain. (Assuming the winner of Mir/Carwin could fight in summer and i think they will) Would you rather wait and sit Cain until December or he can get a showdown vs. Cain in the summer since they're both fresh from their latest victories and we can get in December Cain/JDS vs Mir/Carwin/Lesnar. Toughts?!?!?!?!

SouthWest
Sit on cain and let him go next. i feel bad for carwin because he should have got a shot without having to go through mir and if he looses he wont get his chance and mir will fight lesnar AGAIN. i have no problems with trilogies but man fighting the same guys 3 times in two years is boring for me. If cain and JDS fight now, that auto takes one of them out for title contention, why not just sit on both of them and let the both get a shot at the title now? if they fight each other for #1 and the winner is hurt then what? does the looser get a fight anyway, or does the looser of carwin mire get the next go without fighting again? or does someone who doesn't deserve the shot such as mai or hardy just because there is no one else? i say let the winner of carwin mir get lesnar, then cain, and then jds. SkyTown
Cain and JDS HAVE to fight. they are both undefeated in the UFC and were both 'up and comers' until last year. Why not have them fight? it would be a great fight. And how many of the fans really want to wait that long to see them fight? Book it soon, the loser would face the loser of Mir/Carwin, with the winner getting a title shot. If the loser beats the loser of Mir/Carwin he gets the loser of Brock/Mir or Carwin. The heavyweight division is kind of a mess right now...so many great fighters that it's hard to determine who gets a shot. In my mind Mir shouldn't be fight for the interim title. It should have been cain or jds. Mir has won once since his loss to Lesnar. It doesn't make sense that he's already in title contention after beating a declining Kongo. He did beat him convincingly...but Cain beat him down too. Why didn't he get a shot after that...instead he got Rothwell? Then he schooled Big Nog. I understand that Cain is new to most people but he's a beast and will be the Champ.
BlackSanta
This one is easy I think...Winner of Carwin/Mir fights Lesnar....Loser of Carwin/Mir fights Cain....JDS can wait.

BlackSanta
Agreed' date=' but i say give JDS another bone to chew on while he waits.....[/quote'] Yah I guess the only logical choice would be put JDS against Nog. I know it won't happen. I doubt JDS and Nog would fight each other. JDS is a champ in the making but I just think he will be forced to sit out of the HW title picture for a little while. Cain's Flash KO on Minotauro puts him above Cigano in the rankings in my opinion.

Toughts?!?!?!?! Yeah its a pretty stacked division....heres what i see happening: Two routes? Mir beats carwin?..takes on brock and gets beat?..mirs comeback fight is against Cigano and gets dropped, mean while brock takes on cain and gets beat, cain then fights Cigano in his first defence Or Carwin knocks out mir, takes on brock and wins, carwin then fight Cain who smashes carwin?.. Basically im just guessing cause its WAY to STACKED now lol
rain_wizard
ok this a really exciting time for the heavyweight division. These are the fights that need to happen. The winner of mir/carwin vs Brock The loser of mir/carwin vs cain junior dos santos vs cheik kongo big nog vs mirko cro cop these are the fights that need to happen. the last one is just a fight id like to see again but without it having a direct impact on the contenders for the title. gtp
JDS v the loser of Mir v Carwin, Cain sits and waits for a bit because why risk a loss when you have the title shot ready for ya if one of the two guys in the Undisputed HW title fight gets hurt, and you can take thier place... (breath) and get a little rest in the meantime? JDS proved he is top tier, but shouldnt be thrown in the current three way for the belt. The winner of Mir v Carwin cant make it to Lesnar, Cain steps in, if they can, Cain waits to see if one of them gets hurt in the meantime, and JDS fights again to get the next big shot. There Im done... Breathe... Breathe...

I dont quite see how Cain deserves a title shot more than JDS does. Why does JDS need another fight? Since the times and schedules dont go against it (quite the opposite), JDS and Cain should fight for the right to fight the champion next. That is what I see fair. If it doesnt happen it has to be only because UFC does not see convenient for them to face each other at this point in time. But not because Cain deserves it and JDS doesnt. At least I dont see it that way.

ENSABHANUR
Thw winner of Mir-Carwin wil face Brock (Mir is getting his second titleshot after only 2 wins against 2 unproven fighters (not fair but it wil happen)). They should let Cain and JDS fight at the same event for the next titleshot. The winner Nelson-Struve (Struve i hope)should face Kongo so he can fights his way up. The winner Yvel-Rothwel for the loser Nelson-Struve . Loser Mir-Carwin -winner Crocop-Barry. Big Nod-Duffee And i want to see Hardonk fight again (but i gues i am the onlyone)
