uaquin
Maybe they ran out of footage that didn't have current UFC guys winning or guys that went to other organizations losing. You can only show Wandi destroying Japanese people for so long I guess.
Rex_Kwon_Do
No. it was on early Sunday morning on Comcast here in illinois...maybe around 1 a.m. I remember one of the bouts was Mousassi vs Gono....Gono won by armbar.
170lbking
No I watched it on sat. at 11pm pacific time...I just don't think its pulling in prime time numbers like they hoped. Thus it airs at weird hours now.

Rex_Kwon_Do
Maybe people got tired of the Best of Former Pride UFC fighters or Worst of Non UFC Pride fighters. That may explain the time change and ratings downfall...they can only get away with that for so long....i haven't seen every single airing, but i would be curious to know if they've shown any Fedor fights or Henderson fights in which he won. But Yeah SPIKE had to remove the show because the 28 or so members of the Cult of Fedor, and 3 gay guys from Oregon, swamped the switchboards and e-mail with complaints about no Fedor fights or Henderson Victories being shown during the first 3 broadcasts. 10 years worth of great fights and it is still all about Fedor or Hendo after all. That's what I heard at least.

e_r_i_k
wouldnt matter to me i was so hyped for that show, but when i realized that they only show guys that are in the ufc or possibly coming to the ufc (gomi),i kinda lost interest i wanted to see PRIDE,not just all the guys who fight in the UFC plus,it was pretty stupid when you'd watch lets say big nog fighting someone who isnt in the ufc you already knew nog was gonna win they wouldnt even show old videos of a guy in the ufc losing, like they're still in competition or something

DaveStu
I love how everyone *****ed about how they only showed UFC fighters on the Best of Pride, or other company's stars losing. If you had a company, would you give free promotion, advertising and hype to a rival company? Don't say yes, because it's not true.
joshdfs
Let's put a few things into perspective. First off they have only shown what, 3 original episodes so far? Let's not kill those UFC conspirators just yet. And the fact is the most entertaining and dominant fighters in PRIDE are now all UFC guys (except of course for Fedor, I will get to him). When long time fans think PRIDE they think Wandi, The Ruas, The Nogs, Cro-Cop, Rampage, And the Fireball Kid. So what better way to introduce the greatness of PRIDE to newer fans than by doing it with fighters they already have at least heard of in the UFC. Henderson is off the list for a reason. Like it or not Hendo was never known as a super entertaining type fighter or personality. In his whole career he has a few highlight moments but in total his fights were relatively uneventful because of his style. Not hating the guy, but it's a fact. And the point has already been made as to why would one company spend their own money and time promoting another companies fighters. You don't see the Cleveland Indians wearing MudHens shirts or promoting Cincinatti Reds baseball during their own broadcast. At some point some of the landmark moments featuring non UFC fighters will have to be shown. Fedor/Randelmann, Fedor/Cro cop, Hendo/Wandi, but with only a few hours in to what I hope will be a long running show, you can't expect that kind of time dedicated to fighters that the current and newer UFC fans don't know that much about, because sadly in this day and age, for far too many "fans". if they haven't seen them on TV then they aren't interested. Bring in the new fans with names and faces they know, and once they are in teach what they don't know.
khaki_man
I knew from the first episode it was a UFC fanboi show. Had to watch Chuck Liddell KO a young Alistair Overeem. Gee nice and subtle there. Not only that, it wasn't even a good fight at all. They just had to show SF's hw champ going down.
