pacon2caraperez
In terms of technical striking, I'd say Anderson Silva. Hands down. I don't think there's anyone in the UFC that can match his technicality when it comes to striking. In terms of power, I'd have to it to either Carwin, Dos Santos, or (unfortunatly) Lesnar. Speed: Definetly GSP and BJ Penn

kyokushin4life
On pure boxing i went Belfort as he has some boxing experience. Silva has great hands aswell. Theres better people then rampage though he has great power which makes his hands look better then they are. He has little head movement and variation in his strikes. And he doesnt have great footwork. But he doesnt need it most of the time like Daley as he doesnt havent to connect well KO someone
JHenry
I like Paul Daley and Andre Winner those guys stand up is pretty brutal. Off your list though id go with either A. Silva or JDS, A. Silva is precise and powerful, but JDS KTFO of everyone so id probably go with JDS

SlimSkanzie
This won't be popular but the best hands in the UFC belong to James Toney. All the other guys on here are good with there hands, but Toney is and has been a world champion boxer on multiple occasions. The question is best hands not best fighter. meltrobe
silva 100% the great thing about silva is he can knock people out from anywere say a walking back jab (forrest) he hits people from crazy angles in the precise spot so not much power is needed just a nice connection on the sweet spot. Maurilio
Hands alone, it has to be BJ Penn. It may be Toney as well, but we have yet to watch him fight inside the cage. Why is Rampage on there? He doesn't have much head movement or footwork. His combinations are rather predictable as well.
