Mousasi beat up King Shmo

How can a guy win a fight - let alone a title - by tackle?

There was oodles of ground and just about zero pound.

Mousasi chose not to defend the takedown but work from the gaurd and he did so - out striking the tackler 3 or 4 to 1? And he loses? The guy can barely stand up by the end of the fight and he's the winner?

There's a reason MMA is bush.

Mousasi should have watched GSP fight Hardy than he might of realized that takedowns win fights' date=' or lose them in Gegards case[/quote']

Yeah But Dan Hardy didn't do anything on the ground, Mousasi almost submitted the guy with a few triangles and was pounding him from Guard.

LOL Moussasi didn't almost submit shiiiiit!

King Mo executed the perfect game plan to stop Moussasi...

Of course he should be tired, his first 5 round fight and it was against Gegard! Not to mention that he controlled that entire fight....

****, just give the man credit

You are all high.

Mousasi never "almost submitted" anyone in that fight.

And 90% of his "strikes" from the bottom are ignored by the judges because they are not effective strikes. For a while he was literally swinging his arm from side to side overhead while he was on his back. Yes he made contact with Mo's face but it is not a strike. There was no force at all behind those.

That's why sites like Fightmetric and Compustrike are retarded. Stop going there. They count anything that makes contact as a strike... which is BS and has no bearing on how a fight is judged. Effective strikes count. Not anything that makes contact. a pat is not a strike.

king mo kicked his **** from start to finish and all he could do was try to pull guard and continue to eat ground and pound sandwiches

moussasi had no answer other then to sit there and take it, therefore he loses. he did land some good strikes at random points of the fight, and executed a very nice guard where he was able to land some crisp strikes from the bottom but the rest of the fight was just a one sided demolition

You have over 4Thousand POST! and you still dont know how to score a simple UFC match.

Do you understand what "controling the fight means" and that takedowns score more points than glancing strikes.

You're like a woman watching a football game thinking that 2 FG's should out score a TD!
