Steve Cantwell vs. Stanislav Nedkov in the works for UFC 120

tough return fight for Cantwell, Nedkov is no joke or no pushover. i think if the Cantwell that fought in the WEC shows up then he will win but if he loses to Nedkov then he will likely get cut from the UFC. i still would like to know what medical issue Cantwell had or what prevented him from getting licensed for UFC 108
