the interview mentions Cote is warring with Bisping through twitter...anyone have the "back and forth" for that?...

also, why is Bisping warring with guys (Cote and Sonnen, anyone else?) that he isn't fighting...trying to stay relevant in a MW division that is gaining some excitement?

Bisping knows that big mouths sell fights and move people up the Danas ladder to get more relevant fights.

Worked for Sonnen, worked for Mir to get his shot vs Lesnar part 2 etc etc.

Bisping knows his skills will not get him up to the top of the ladder so he will augment them with his big assed mouth and hope for better fights.

Stupid move for him because every real name fighter he faces he loses to.

Rashad, Hamell, Wand, Hendo

Bisping is king of the cans and will never hold a UFC title.

I think Mir having the interim belt and Brock having the real belt had more to do with that match being made than Mir's mouth.

Amazing! Rumours of an internet feud between two fighters, and it's automatically Bisping running his mouth. Auto haters hating automatically. And I love that fact that people can claim that Bisping is a can, and has only lost to top level fighters in the same sentence! A contradiction in itself. And to whoever brought up his losses, he got the nod in the Hamill fight, bad decision or not. But don't worry, the American judges evened up their countrymans apparent scoring error when Bisping was robbed on American soil in the Rashad fight, which conveniently gets ignored!

Honestly anything less than a big knockout from Cote in this fight would be a disappointment. I really hope we see it. He needs to evolve more though, throwing a big right hand is about all he does. Any versatile fighter - ala Belcher - will have his way with him. Lawlor doesn't fit that at all and is likely in for a rough night.

I think Tom will take this. He'll go back to his roots, look to take Cote down, and choke him out. After losing to Joe Doerksen , I hope Tom is mindful of the recent spate of cuts the UFC has made, and wouldn't care if he puts on a boring show, because I like Lawlor, and want him in the UFC.

Well he hasnt beatin any top level fighters either, dumbs4it. A CONTRADICTION IN ITSELF, and whoever brough up his wins? No one you dude. He's a freaking can. Yes a can, one that was dropped in the aisle and sold for 50% off. That's your Bisbing.

Sorry if you are unable to actually understand the point being made, but I can't make it any clearer as I don't speak remidial. On page 1 of this thread, someone made reference to Bisping losing against top level fighters, and called him a can. The fighters that the UFC employ are not cans. Sure, some look a lot better than others, but that's what happens when your company employs the best in the world, which is what they strive to do. And the irony of being called dumb by someone who is frothing at the mouth to insult people on the internet is just funny.
