Sean Sherk The Underdog.

Sherks coming into this fight as the underdog, i know Dunham has been impressive and that Sherk is coming off a huge lay off but do people forget that this is a man that has won over 30 fights and his only 4 losses have come against GSP, Hughes, BJ and Edgar.

Thoughts on the fight and who have you got?

Dunham is going in the favorite because of his record and because Sherk lost his last.. that's all. Sherk's still got a couple fights in him... this is one of them.

Sherk by UD.

Just my deuce..

I agree that Sherk has a couple of fights left in him but I think Dunham is going to be too much for him in his first fight back. I'd look for Dunham to keep him at bay using his reach on the feet. If it hits the ground Dunham has an incredibly underrated ground game - don't be fooled by the fact that he couldn't submit Griffin.

I've just been keeping my eye on Dunham for awhile and think that his mindset and skill set are on par with one another, and that is just a dangerous combination. It should be a great fight. I'm also curious is Sherk will go back to his wrestling or stand up the whole time like he did in his last two fights.

This. Sherk needs to remember what got him where he is today: wrestling. He's a huge LW so if he gets back to his roots and controls Dunham on the ground he should win. If he tries to keep it standing I think he'll get picked apart much like Edgar did.

He had a long lay off and lost his last one. This is MMA, people who make the rankings and decide the odds have the memory of a fruit fly. 8 seconds and done. Thats the explanation.

Sherk does need to stop trying to be a boxer though. I dont know who the hell told him that was a good idea but he needs to fire them.

Usually long layoffs = losses (most recently Alves and Rampage). Sherk will most likely lose...although I do enjoy his fights

Good Point.
