Exodus9mm
what did u think of the technique? Fedor has some of the best hands in the division, no question. He does let loose from his technique quite regularly in his fights, but it still seems to work. People call his style wild, and loopy, but it's far from it. He has short, whip-like speed to his hooks........very Systema-like. I'll tell you one thing, if I'd been in that seminar, I'd have been paying close attention to what he's telling me. Both he and Aleks (actually, Aleks is a better boxer than Fedor) have great technical knowledge. How about you? What did you think?

If I was at the seminar I think I would totally fanboi out though. For a big guy Aleks has good speed. Both of them actually but Aleks is bigger.
