Werdum should be at the #1 spot for sure.

And Fedor shoult be ahead of Mir. He has almost more submission wins than Mir has fights.

And yeah, GSP should not be on the list.

Well should we look at who Mir tapped? Tim Sylvia' date=' Cheick Kongo, and Brock Lesnar aren't really great accomplishments haha.[/quote']

Roberto Travern - Take a look at his accomplishments in BJJ. Mir tapped (technical submission) him when he was only a purple belt.

and your forgeting charles oliviera- prolly spelled wrong

G-Sot is obviously better at jiu-jitsu than Florian. He's an Eddie Bravo black belt. Kenny is not. Also, I did not forget Oliveira he's on the list at the bottom as an honorable mention.

Travern? LOL, the guy has 2 legit submissions in MMA.

Mir's good, don't get me wrong. I'd definitely have him in the Top 5, but noway is he ahead of Fedor.

Here's my #1 in each division

HW - Werdum

LHW - Alexander Ribeiro

MW - Ronaldo Souza

WW - Andre Galvao

LW - Shinya Aoki

Way to contradict yourself. ;)

He's incredible - in fact' date=' I could field a debate for MW supremacy between he and Souza, but in no way is he the best in the world.

Ribeiro would slice him up. So would Roger Gracie. Keep in mind, he lost to Souza at ADCC.[/quote']

Yeah I would personally call it a tie. Keep in mind that the grappling match bewteen them was 5 years ago and much has changed since then.

I could say the same about Robert Travern...

Traven has 10 fights in his career. We're talking about a guy who got cleaned by Sinosic man......

And Traven as far as I know has never competed in anything remotely skilled as ADCC.......I could be wrong here, but I'm about to check.

Looks like he tackled ADCC once and did okay' date=' but still.

Unless you've seen Ribeiro work BJJ, it's best not to argue here.....[/quote']

Silly goose, you speak as if I didn't follow BJJ.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu/wrestling are my favorite part about MMA. Since I started training MMA, I've followed BJJ as much as I follow MMA.
