It's much more than "just the takedowns". Those judges are retarded, and so is anyone who thinks jackoffare won that fight when he was completely dominated in every aspect of the game. Those takedowns establish that kennedy was the superior grappler, and should have awarded him some points. Even if you think Jacare won the standoup, it was only just barely that he did, while he was completely dominated in grappling. There is no way around it. Jacare lost.
