Chael Sonnen is to triangle's what Trigg is to RNC's

He has only been triangled by people who are great at the move... Damien Maia, Anderson Silva, Sobral... and fair enough Forrest Griffin isnt great at triangles.. but he has a good ground game, and for a middleweight to be in the guard of someone with long legs is always going to be dangerous.

He really should spend some time on his overall Sub defence, working extra hard on triangle defence.

Well, I don't necessarily think he needs too much sub defense, like you said, he's only been triangled by greats. Actually, all of his submission losses come from black belts, a brown belt in Forrest, and Jeremy Horn. It's not that he sucks completely, he's just been in there against dangerous submission guys. Though yes, he still probably needs some sub work, OR at least a lot more respect for JJ.
