raffy_handsome
I, the King of Forum will ask all you members and you shall response. My question is: Why is Canada have no identity? Unlike the Australian and the Brits who have their own identity, As you can see Canada is always tied up to the US identity. When you ask a Canadian if where does he lived, he'll proudly answers I live in Canada it's very near to the US, all you need to do is cross the border then you're already in US territory. I mean why thus the Canadian dude answer Canada alone and not bringing up the US with it. Another thing which shows their dependency on US is that the Ice Hockey itself. I mean Ice Hockey came from Canada, but why is it the Major League of Hockey which is the NHL is played majority in US. Why can't they make their own Sport popular by themselves alone, why they need the US to make it famous. Look the English made Soccer, and the the No.1 league in Soccer is in UK which is the EPL, it clearly show how the Brits are being independent from US. Then one example of how Canadian is being to dependent on US, is that majoirty of Canadians wants to go to US or shall we say New York or LA, much worst is that they even want to live forever there in New York, they even want to relingquished their citizenship as Canadian and embrace being a New Yorker. Wow, but can you see even one New Yorker wants to become a Canadian? Probably none. Then probably the final nail to the coffin that Canada has no identity is the peoples Last/Family name. Look when you heard of last name like Wilkinson, Sherringham, you'll immediately says that those were English, then if you hear Warne, Gaze, all you think about are the Australians. But how came Canada cannot established even their own Last/Family name, they even copy from US, like Smith, Williams, and so on. Where is their identity their? This is just my observation, I'm not from US, UK, Australia or Canada, I'm from Asia.so I'm neutral on this thing. I will not be biased here. Give ye respect first to the King before you answer. Discuss.

zigzagzig
i've never stated where i lived by including the "USA" in the sentance, unless your a ****ing brainless moron, you'd know where we are on a map. I've never heard a canadian include the USA in stating our country. I bet it is as common as Americans using Mexico to show where they are from Canada is the most multi-culteral place in the world, our last names are derrived from every other country in the world, we have british, irish, scottish, european, asian etc last names, because that is where our ancestors/families came from to live in the best country possible. our names don't come from american last names. there is no such thing as "american" surnames. Smith is the most common surname in the united kingdom & australia, why does the USA copy them>? Williams derrived from old french & is most popular in Wales. Williams is more prominant in both United Kingdom, Australia & New Zealand then in Canada, so your failure is immense again. i just believe every statement you just made was false & came from inside your head PS. **** Kings, they are fail.
