Im 17 with crappy grades and i dont think im gonna make uni so unless my MMA "career" takes off a bit by next september 2011 then im gonna join the british marines.Always thought about it and its not too bad a job to fall back on and i reckon with training id pass fitness tests easy enough by then

good luck with your mma career. if it doesn't work out the military is always a good option.

not to be an ******* again, but cut your final number in half and that is your final score. you didn't have proper form.:P

60 push ups in 2 minutes (its a lot harder than i thought!)

Completed it in 1min 51secs can anyone on this forum do better?

Honestly, that is very good, but I woudl go out on a limb and say yes I could. I am good at push-ups. It one of the most under estimated strength builders known to man.

Considering this is a push up thread I see a guy who is like 6"4 or whatever and 260 having a hard time doing alot of those, im 5'7 and used to destroy all the huge football players in push up contests.

are we talking all the way up and all the way down or what?

is your chest touching the ground?

are you on your knees doing girl pushups?

Regular/normal push up all the way down and all the way up, but to be honest I have consistently done push-ups for years. I love them to get the blood flowing and get the chest and shoulders warm. I have just never had trouble with them.

not bad then. the most i ever did was 86 in 2 minutes. that was when i was in the military though. i would imagine it to be a little lower now though. i also got a height disadvantage on you fast.

My brother was in the Marine Corp and he could do them all day... he once did over a hundred in a row to just show out. How tall are you?
