Not really, normally you would do say 3 to 4 sets, I just do it all at once.I do not feel evidence of over training. Have you seen my shoulders?

Do this for chest

1 set flat dumbbell press 50 pounds- 40 reps

1 set Incline Dumbbell press 40pounds- 40 reps

Then pick you two more exercises, I did this on Tuesday and I am still pumped up!

I did Standing press on a machine as well that has Incline, Flat, and decline pegs.. I did 15 reps for each non stop

Then finished off with 50 push-ups

Can't even be bothered with you anymore to be honest, you have no originalitiy, no intelligence. Even starting a thread on the other site calling out people which ended up being a complete ownership of noone but yourself, so much so that i didn't even have to join in despite being named.

Your previous name may not have banned underneath but the fact that you can't log onto it, noone can see your personal information would certainly lead to the suspicion you are no longer wanted here.

Come on, i thought you were fast? ;)

Maybe try this next week when by month in is over. Doing some heavy weight tonight, testing myself to see we limits/max weights are.

The only results I work out for are ones I can feel' date=' not ones I can see.

Only interested in stronger.I[/quote']

How much do you think i currently bench?Squat? Dead Lift? I do a certain workout anywhere from 9 to 12 weeks then switch.

How much is you max

Bench

Squat

Dead lift?

Also, why woudl you think doing reps like that woudl not get you stronger as well?
