Whichever happens first.[/quote'] Get a spot. i did the HIT program this week and I feel jacked up We did this for shoulders Standing front barbell press (50pounds) 50 reps Upright Barbell rows- (50) 40 reps Seated Dumbbell Press (40) 45 reps Side lateral raise- (15) 45 reps Dumbbell shrugs- 50- 50 reps 20 minute workout, very effective Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I guess everyone has different views. Legs still sore form Wednesday. Have you seen my shoulders?:eek: Do this for chest 1 set flat dumbbell press 50 pounds- 40 reps 1 set Incline Dumbbell press 40pounds- 40 reps Then pick you two more exercises, I did this on Tuesday and I am still pumped up! I did Standing press on a machine as well that has Incline, Flat, and decline pegs.. Even starting a thread on the other site calling out people which ended up being a complete ownership of noone but yourself, so much so that i didn't even have to join in despite being named. Your previous name may not have banned underneath but the fact that you can't log onto it, noone can see your personal information would certainly lead to the suspicion you are no longer wanted here. Only interested in stronger.I[/quote'] How much do you think i currently bench?Squat? Dead Lift? I do a certain workout anywhere from 9 to 12 weeks then switch.
