Hey guy want to get in fighter shape give this workout a try

well at least you will get in running shape...

If I was a fighter, running would be my number one workout. Most of these fighters don't treat running as vital part of their training. I would do all the necessary MMA work outs plus the additional running.


I have seen many fighters lose because of conditioning factors.
