well yeah nothing really changed in this fight its like Rampage and Machida still have yet to fight, I don't think Machida lost any level in his ranking however Rampage probably moved up.

 

It's very hard to say who his oppoenent will be perhaps;

 

Winner of Rich Franklin vs Griffin

 

or

 

Winner of Jones vs Bader

So what did Rampage do besides tie Machida up against the cage and get taken down a bunch of times. Machida won. If you have two eyes and a 7lbs thing within your skull you know he won. If you deny this I wish you the best of luck in life as a potato.

All Machida did was win round 3, get over it he lost.

So your one of the retards without a brain and didnt watch the fight and if the fight was on it front of you you were picking your *** and not paying attention because if you gave that first round to Rampage you are blind. The only judge for this fight that wasnt like Hellen Keller gave it to Machida because they were at least 1% logical.

Rampage admitted getting his *** kicked in round 3.

 

At the post fight press conference Rampage said that he was caught up in the moment and felt he had lost because of what happen in round 3.

Tell me wtf did Rampage do anyways to Machida in the first and second? besides a takedown in second all they did was exchange a few foot stomps, if that makes Rampage the better fighter then lol ok. We all know that if there was 2 more rounds the fight would have ended with Rampage submitted or outcold.

You are right that if the fight went longer Rampage would have been stopped. IMO, Machida was overly worried about being caught with a shot in the first and second round and it cost him the fight.

What did Rampage do in the 1st&2nd?

 

Rampage-

 

1. Outstruck Machida

2. Had octagon Control

3. Got a takedown

4. Controlled the clinch

 

Thats why he won the fight, if round 3 never happened and it was only a 2 round fight you guys would be saying Rampage won without a doubt. You can't base 1 round off the entire fight.

Re watch the fight. Machida put Rampage against the cage more often which gives him the octagon control. Rampage got a takedown but did no damage at all. Machida controlled the clinch. Rampage didn't land many significant shots.

i have no doubts that machida would beat either griffin or franklin, machida would be too elusive for griffin and would frusterate him and we all saw what happens when griffin gets frusterated at ufc 101. and machida already beat franklin

Whatever Rampage did in the first and 2nd it was more than Machida did. As for how many rounds the fight went, Machida knew it was a 3 round fight, not 5, if he wanted to win all he had to do was fight one more good round, but he didn't.

what's next for Machida will be really interesting...

 

the way I see it, I think it would be best for Machida to fight the loser of Griffin vs Franklin... if Griffin loses, he can take revenge on Black House over the Silva fight, and if Franklin loses, he can avenge his loss to Machida...

 

loser of Jones vs Bader is a possibility... but Machida vs Bader wouldn't be a big fight... Machida vs Jones would be absolutely epic... so we'll see how that fight pans out...

 

and also, to end the debate... Machida beat Shogun in their first fight, Machida lost to Rampage on Saturday... time to let this **** go people...

Machida won the 1st rd even he move back because he landed kicks knees and punch. Rampage is aggresive but did nothing. How he win that rd1? Rampage won rd2 because of 1 TD coz the judges are so bias in TD even no damage have been made but again Machida landed kicks, knees and punch then back again. R3 is all Machida they should give Machida 10-8 in that rd. So many people are stupid coz they think Rampage won the 1st couple of rds. Rampage didnt know how he win thats why hes so surprise after the fight.

wow thats completely false you need to rewatch the fight because that is just not true.

 

I guess Comustrike is wrong along with the judges and thousands of people that clearly saw Rampage have octagon control and controlled the clinch.

Machida came the closest to winning the fight and achieved the most domonant positions of the fight.

Machida definitely had as much of a puzzling look on his face when he was called the winner against Rua

 

Machida was also broken, bruised, and battered by Shogun

 

Page nor Machida were beat up that badly in their fight
