I'm a fakeass fan because I think GSP is the best in the world?

 

ever heard the term bandwagoner? if Kos someone beats GSP ill sig bet you "closet" fans come frome nowhere for Kos and 80% of GSP fans will drop from the face of the planet.

 

I dont like either one so im taking no stock in this fight but im ready to see GSP get beat.

 

Also GSP being the best in the world is ridiculous Silva is king and Aldo isnt far behind.

You don't like either one.. whereas I actually like both fighters.

I'd have no problem smiling if Koscheck walked away with the title, and my biggest reason for GSP winning, is to keep the hope of a superfight with Silva alive.

 

You really think Georges would have a problem taking Silva to the mat and controlling him for 5 rounds? I sure don't.

i agree with the controlling part, getting him there would be a diffrent story imho. GSP hasnt been hit in the face by a real punch in awhile and im fairly confident Anderson could find it. Plus to bring Silva down GSP has to step out of his comfort zone and come at Silva aggressivly otherwise Silva will remain disengaged or will pick him apart. TDs are alot harder against counterstrikers espically when they outweigh you.

 

Thats just my opinon on how that would go down but either way i dont care who wins between GSP and Kos although id prefer Kos winning.

I understand what you're saying.

IMO, however, Georges' has underrated striking ability. Also, I believe he's a much better wrestler than Chael Sonnen is.

Granted, Silva was injured for that fight, but I still believe Georges could take him down with relative ease.

 

THIS is why I want to see St. Pierre and Silva continue winning ;)

yea but Sonnen paid a huge price for his TDs his face looked like it went through a grinder by the time that fight was over and i think GSP simply couldnt handle that.

Haha.. yeah. Sonnen got beat up in Silva's guard. I loved it.

 

What makes you think St. Pierre couldn't handle that?

You gotta admit.. the fact that we so rarely see him in bad positions, means that he's definitely one of the best in the world.

The thing that GSP personally does that pisses me off is the fact that he always projects himself as someone who is technique superior to his opponent, yet outweighs 95% of them (Alves was probably the only person GSPs fought bigger then himself). He keeps refusing to fight up a weight class even in a give me fight like Silva had against Irvin. He always promises exciting fights that just dont happen. And he always talks about how hes improved yet gets progressily more inactive.

 

Thats the problems i have with GSP excluding the majority of his fans and the fact he cheated his *** off against Penn

 

Edit: got a little off topic but i think Silva would be able to boy-dog GSP more so than any else GSPs fought. Silva does posses alot more strength than alot of the guys GSP is fighting or has fought.

would that be the same silva that greased but that boys like you forget about that event yet still biatch on about GSP greasing! big diff is that its GSP's corner who are supposed to have greased him where as silva can clearly be seen greasing himself!
