hell yeah. i feel like a junkie

been in lots of excruciating pain lately. had bone graft surgery and a couple root canals, and wisdom teeth pulled something got infected down the line and started causing bad pain the other day. cant sleep all swollen and in pain

been doing all kinds of painkillers. tylenol 3s prescription ibuprofen ralivia pennicillin's tramadol's and advil/asprin. these only temporarilly relieve my pain. up until today i was *****ing. nothing seems to be strong enough

now i got lots of pure hydromorphone HCL the active ingredient that is also found in dilaudid tablets - its pretty much the highest level opiates next to heroin and morphine hcl. its a bit stronger then 30 or 60 mgs of regular morphine, in a 4 mg pill. usually people only get the 2 or 4 mg tablets after major hip surgery or being in a car accident or something extreme like that.

Well after enough *****ing to my dentists, and my doctor in the ER, i finally got what i needed. a strong opiate that is kicking my ***. cant feel the pain, im in the clouds and i can sit here nodding off and typing forever

the tramadol was helping a bit. except id have to do 145 mg at a time every two hours just to kill the pain and that is extreme. i could easilly overdose or destroy my liver trying to maintain the same pain threshold, compared to what i am getting off a measilly 4 mg tab of dilaudid

im kind of hoping i can use the tramadol and extinguish my pain and infections. then keep the hydromorph for recreational use, as i have enough to keep me high for a month straight! i mean i am more of a pot smoker and beer drinker but this stuff just kicks me *** and its been putting me in the clouds. anybody else fortunate enough to experiment with this stuff?

i know i can take advantage of this...the way it knocks me out. i am sure if i go back and complain, not because of the pain, but because i dont like how it puts me out and makes me all high and spaced out, im sure i could obtain some percocets and oxy's as well. i just dont feel like being labelled as an abuser. but in all honesty i would like to be able to take away my pain and not have to worry about nodding off in my car on my way home. i think ill try for some percs on the side

im no pill expert but tylenol and advil are for headaches and ibuprofen is swelling' date=' unless there is some sort of juiced up verison im unaware of[/quote']

yes my mouth is all swollen thats where my infection is, probably from the two root canals i had last week one of them got it pretty bad. thats what the ibuprofin and my pennicillin clindamycin hcl antibiotics are for. i got that on the side with my tramadol and t3s for pain. that was crap for pain relief. i made that perfectly clear *****ing about the t3s not helping, getting some weak opiates called tramadol. still not enough so i got ralivia but still hurtin

waited another 2 hours at the hospital and lots of ******** but i got hydromorphone. i am pleased now. after all this ******** i finally get something to take the pain away. i guess thats what you gotta do these days. if you **** yourself up bad...here have a god damn tylenol....keep going back until you get the good stuff ;)

i mean im not even a pill kind of person but ive had some bad luck going on lately. now i kind of have my own little mini pharmacy going on here,

Be careful with Dilaudid man .. my main experience comes from my gallbladder surgery and subsequent complications ..

Dilaudid is great though ... morphine never seems to do much for me except make me pour sweat .. but dilaudid is sure fire relief

After 2-3 weeks of daily use I got pretty bad withdrawls from it .. and that was as prescribed. Major insomnia, anxiety and other hallmark signs of opiate withdrawl

Tramadol sucks man .. don't bother with it ... it's an opiate agonist (i believe) and it's never done a thing for pain with me

seriously man .. just be careful .. even casual use can get you stuck... but enjoy the buzz man and hopefully the pain subsides

yeah man

i've done the dilaudid's before in the past..i used to have a girlfriend who was a junkie and all of her friends were all into that kind of stuff. faking injuries and claiming they lost them and all kinds of crap just to keep getting scripts as they were addicted to. i think eventually they caught on. who knows

i tried lots of 1 mg's and a couple 2mgs when we could get them.. mixed it with beer too. i was young and stupid but man did i ever get wrecked. i didnt dare try to be responsible and save them for a day where i was really hurting, as at that time it was all about getting the next high

but now i got 4 mgs. done two today and i am relieved, but also about to fall over too :) i was glad i was able to work my way with this doctor instead of getting ****ed around with stronger ralivia or tramadol, cause that stuff is all crap to me. when he told me he was going to prescribe me the dialudid's it came as a sigh of relief....finally a ****ing doctor with a shred of sympathy for the hurting middle aged man in pain. tired of getting ****ed around with weak painkillers that wouldnt even put my dog out.

I empathize for sure man... Doctors are so scared to treat pain anymore it seems. During my last flair up of diverticulitis I had to all but beg the doctor for crappy 5mg percocets

And even then it was maybe a weeks supply .. just be careful with the withdrawals ... Taper 4 to 2 to 1 , etc.... Your sleep pattern will thank you

makes since' date=' and if it wasnt for the root canal im sure youd be self medicating, no?[/quote']

what do you mean? well the only other stuff i do is drink beer and smoke pot. wont be drinking for at least a while now

i have this clove oil crap some kind of oil remedy for tooth pain but that doesnt do **** all for actual pains and infections

i had to get something. there comes a point where the pain just becomes too much and you have to do something about it no matter how you tough it out. for me it was missing work for three days, sleepless and laying on the couch trying to fight the pain.

i hope i dont get the axe for this, as work covers most of my dental. i'm getting a new bridge put in next tuesday when it gets back from the lab. ive had alot of work done since october. 3 root canals, 2 measilly fillings and a cleaning, 2 wisdom teeth extractions, bone graft surgery (i had to pay for that one! $440 just to put me under!! i dont even want to mention the cost of the grafts!) 3 crowns and now i have a 4 piece bridge with pins to be put in on tuesday as long as my swelling is gone. Thank god i am covered, as if i were to have to pay out of my own pocket, all of the work i have had done would be roughly the equivalent to the cost of a 2010 Chevy Cobalt!!! i am still getting a major tax break out of the 20% portion i am paying though

it all started with a toothache and then i said to hell with it after the dentist showed me all of my problems that needed to be fixed. All of my dental work is almost complete i'm just surprised that with all of the work thats been done, the only time i was really in pain was this week that day in october getting the root canal done on an abscessed tooth (hurts like hell when the nerves are still alive!)

man it sucks. you get into your late twenties and all your teeth go to ****. reguardless if you dont drink lots of soda, grind your teeth while high off ecstacy and meth, or whatever. Once upon a time the only problem i thought i had was a toothache. Now after befriending a dentist, a specialist hours out of town and a couple doctors, i realise its better i got all this taken care of when i could. i used to be afraid of dentists and needles but when i first went in on october after battling an abcessed tooth, i took that root canal like a man and ever since then ive been a frequent flyer. cant believe i used to be so negligent about my teeth.

this kind of **** will happen to anybody. take care of your teeth people. don't be an idiot like me all strung out on a whole pharmacy worth of prescriptions. sure you dont have to floss all of your teeth. only the ones that you want to keep

man ever since i realised what condition my teeth were in after my dentist first showed me the xrays,, i have been brushing and flossing every day. once in the morning, and sometimes after eating a meal. before then it was not so often. only when i needed to get the beer smell off my breath in the morning before going to work or seeing a woman or whatever, It was more of the grinding of my teeth on drugs that did the most damage to me as well as this appliance i had in. I was younger and stupid, and took my teeth for granted. ive even had a couple pulled because of abscessing, and i regret that as i shouldve just had those saved with a canal and a crown. i didnt know anything about that until all of the crap i have had to deal with this year

I won't even drink pop and chips and crap like that anymore, and i'm almost ready to give up beer because of the yeast, despite a 9 year habit. its not worth losing the rest of my teeth over that and im starting to take care of myself and change my ways before its too late

Besides, if i wanted to lose all of my teeth i wouldnt waste my time neglecting the toothpaste and going hard on junk food. an easier more effective way for me to do this is to call out Jon Jones to fight me, and yell racism at him while keeping my hands down like nick & nate diaz. I'm sure he wouldnt have a problem extracting whats left of my teeth!

it was still too late, the damage was already done to the other two teeth that were in trouble. one of them had rotted so much half of it fell right off in january and the other one pretty much has big a hole right through thankfully i was able to save both of them last week with root canal's and crowns

and the only thing that started this was i had an appliance that wrapped around two teeth on the side, that supported my front tooth - i got my middle front tooth knocked out ten years ago in a bike accident, and the appliance replaced it, but sadly, after buildup of food underneath the supports it eventually caused gingivitis on one of the supporting teeth it was affixed to, and it rotted the other one, as well as the two teeth that the fake one was in between. the buildup of crap around the metal supporters done major damage and my dentist made a field day out of it!

I shouldve got rid of the thing many many years ago. or brushed my teeth moreoften and taken the appliance out and cleaned itinstead i was an idiot and i paid the price. it ****ed up 4 of my teeth and caused me plenty of pain!!! Alot more pain then when i had the concussion and got to sit in the hospital for four days drinking gingerale.

Id rather get knocked out like i did on my bike, and wake up in a hospital with no pain, rather then to have to bare the constant throbbing pain all times of the day with no way to relieve it like i have been lately up until i got the dillies. oh man that spells relief. i couldve been spared all this bullcrap if i wouldve just taken better care of my teeth or maybe got the bridge instead of the appliance, but i wasnt made of money then nor am i now.

take care of your teeth people. but if you don't make sure you keep harassing your doctors. sometimes its worth it for the drugs you can get. im high and relaxed as hell and could probably just sit here venting all night. last week i was in so much pain i was damn near ready to cry, and now here i am at peace with the world.

Oxy's will make you nod off as well, enough percocets do the same thing. Be careful man. It's extremely easy to build up a tolerance and get hooked. Before you know it your prescription won't be enough and you'll be snorting and sniffing your pills to get a faster high. I had a friend die last year from an overdose. He injured himself on the job and got prescribed oxy's. After he was all healed up he couldn't stop taking them and would need them on a daily basis to work or do anything. Obviously it got the best of him and the addiction won.
