How do you think Melvin Guillard would do at WW?

He could do it, I'm guessing he walks around at 175lbs - 180lbs. He's a huge LW with crazy speed, strength and explosive KO power, he's got a build like Alves as well. Other than the fact that the division is full of wrasslers who will wanna shag him, I reckon he'd do quite well.

Melvin Guillard can slug at Lightweight because...Lightweights tend to have little to no KO power and the few that do he has a speed advantage over. At Welterweight he'll have a reach disadvantage and lose his power advantage , I watched Condit whoop him up striking.

Haven't you ever wondered how good Guillards striking would look if he fought BJ Penn? Or even if he fought Eddie Alvarez....I think it wouldn't be so explosive and fast , I see him getting outstruck by either personally.

Guys like Nick Diaz , Daley , Alves and more would outstrike him , while plenty could throw him around and possibly submit him.

Gsp could just fight in both divisions if he just fought at MM at 190 pounds only cutting 5 pounds. He doesn't really need to go up and gain weight. He would be just cutting less weight to get to 185 so he could actually fight in both divisions. He should take some fights like Anderson did and fight top 10 guys at MM and see how he does. More people would definitely want to see gsp if he was fighting in both divisions. Nate marquardt fought in MM at around 190 pounds so i think gsp should do that same.
