Nick Diaz is so much overrated.

I think UFC keep feeding the much overrated fighters to GSP, so that GSP can be hyped as well. Jake Shields and Nick Diaz are just two examples. I just watched the vedio of Nick Diaz, and he doesnot looks like a professional fighter at all, it was like a pupil fighting on the street. His movement is even slower than the heavy weight in UFC. His hands are so slow, I believe GSP will hold his wrist when he throw a punch. How can GSP lose against such a junk fighter? Please find a true talent to finish the win streak of GSP, UFC!

So' date=' you watched a single "vedio" of Diaz, and you've apparently seen it all?

I'm sure theres an actual "video" around that shows Diaz actually winning the fights he's in, good stuff, go look for one.

Gomi is nowhere near as good at wrestling as GSP, and the TKO on Daley only happened because Daley gassed. It's not like Diaz rocked him and put him away. Daley pushed Diaz, fell down, and the fight was stopped after Diaz ran over and landed a few punches. GSP won't tire down.

Diaz did rock Daley, he turned onto rubber legs on his way to the mat, then Diaz pounded him out until the ref stopped it. Watch the fight little buddy

Are you the agent of Dana? I mean Dana is always trying to fool the fans by hyping beforehand. When the fight is over , they will be disappointed. As is the case of GSP vs Shields, I was wondering if they are really fighting eachother when I watch that fight.

Well' date=' they tried to give him Anderson, and then GSP said no[/quote']

well, GSP knows there is no meaning for him to take Anderson, because he will 100% exposed by such a talent. But What Dana want is just to fool the fans. He want to show the fans that GSP can beat the bignames, and actually, those bignames are knock-offs.

diaz is nowhere near as athleic as gsp, wich would lead you to believe he has little chance in this fight but diaz skills are so good hes always got a chance, and he has amazing cardio endurance, hes the most well rounded opponent gsp has faced in years....buuuut in saying that i do think gsp will lay and pray to another points win,but u know diaz is at least gonna bring the fight and push a potentially mentally fragile fighter to his brink...my first post so take it easy on me guys .

Lol rocked him with a power hug? Daley hugged him, pushed off as hard as he could, and fell down. Considering he didn't eat any punches at the time of the shot, not so sure how he'd be rocked.

Post the link because it didn't happen that way

It wasn't his words, it was his actions. He sucker punches Mayhem, then Mayhem said let's do this. However, I can provide a link of Diaz saying he never backs down and that if someone calls him out he'd jump in and say let's do this. Instead, he takes a fight with a much lesser fighter? Why didn't he accept like he said he would? Only one explanation, fear.

Your just a hater dude! Diaz spared with Ward and looked pretty good. That beeing said I still think that GSP will beat him the difference in size and strength is just to big.

Nick Diaz is far from overrated, he beat arguably the best striker in the Welterweight Division in Paul Daley at his own game! Which no one has ever done and no other striker in the Welterweight Division could do... His chin is made of granite and has some of the best BJJ in MMA, the guy comes to fight every time. How can you not like him?

Where as Safe Pierre on the other hand is the most overrated striker, the only way he wins this fight is if he hugs Diaz for 5 rounds, which unfortunately is what he is best at.

Diaz is probably over-rated and no doubt Dana wants to hype this as a huge challenge for GSP. Whatever the case, it's surely more important that Diaz will "bring it". Even if GSP wins decisively I just can't see this being a boring fight. Diaz will not let GSP play safe and that's good for MMA and GSP. He needs to be reminded what it's like to fight to win rather than fighting not to lose. Personally I'm really looking forward to it and I don't expect to be disappointed. It just can't be another fight like GSP/Shields!

Diaz caught him with a right, Daley hugged and when they split he fell RUBBER LEGGED to the ground. Anyone that did not see that is just a blind GSP fan trying to discredit Diaz because he is not "worthy" to be in the same cage as GSP. Pathetic

And like I said watch the fight

Like said, post a link.

Everyone here knows there is a link of GSP saying he needs a year to gain enough muscle to fight Silva, but we won't go there.
