Cardiovascular excercises to do at home?

So, i would like to be able to do some cardiovascular training in my home which means without Gym equipment, the only things i have are skipping rope and dumbells.

 

What excercises could i do including equipment above or without to improve caardio, i go to the gym so it does not have to be a superhuman excercise that would make me have

unlimited cardio in a day, just something easy that helps and is free.

 

 

any suggestions would be cool, thanks

marathons with your wife/ gf (or both) > it works !

Running

 

Skipping rope

 

Cheap cycling machine

 

Super sets of press-up / sit-ups / squats and jumps

 

A strong home made puch bag filled with sand and ****' date=' nah scrub the last bit lol[/quote']

I love to do this excercize for muscular endurance do a wall squat and throw punches with lite weights (3-8 pounds), the way i do it is a type of punch for 10 seconds then switch to a different type of punch for a total of 1min 30secs do 2-4 sets its a very effecient excersize.
