Mick Swick

He was fighting for the #1 and easily the favorite to win but got beat up by Hardy.

Cant get over the Hardy fight and he was put to sleep by Thiago. Now on a 2 fight losing streak and hasnt fought for 2years

Add Anderson Silva to that list then.

IMO Brock is not lucky, his legacy was built before he entered the UFC he did not need the build up.

Most lucky is Chael Sonnen, he is hte guy that had the honnor to spend the most time with the best P4P in the world. He could pet him for 4 rounds then smell his nuts wow lucky dude

Unlucky : Tito and BJ every time they lose they were the best fight but someting happened so that it was not their fault (grease, injury, moon not at the correct angle etc)

Brock...luckiest fighter' date='having won the title in just a few fights...unluckiest fighter...Mirko...coming into the UFC with a incredible resume...the only thing to actually show-up was his resume:([/quote']

His resume of KO/TKO back fired him. Now hes the highlight reel of the UFC KOs

Gonzaga, Mir, Schaub, Dos Santos

Who else is he gonna give some highlight reel

You make your own luck.

He may have been gifted a title shot, but at the end of the day he beat the champ. Then defended the belt twice

You could also argue that he is the unluckiest.

Hardly no MMA experience, fighting the elite after only one mma fight.

Brock had a legacy, but it consisted of suplexing the Big Show off the top turnbuckle!!! Couture was lucky because after Chuck ran him out of the light heavyweight division, he was able to move up to heavy weight and beat a stiff like Tim Sylvia.

pitter-patter... some good advice i got was to watch fights in silence the second time, without joe rogan inhaling sonnen's ********* over the microphone I was able to see that silva was never in any real danger throughout the entire fight

Id say Serra is probably the luckiest.

He fought GSP at the perfect time.

I dont know who would be the unluckiest. Maybe Shogun if he didnt get a rematch against Machida - but he did.

Was there somebody who lost a title shot who should have one? Maybe Carlos Newton against Matt Hughes?

I would not call that luck man, luck is like when you win the lottery, little input but a big gain.

Lesnar earned his name in pro wrestling, he has earned all the money that he gets now, the fame and the fortune. but i get what you mean.
